Everything was perfect! My girlfriend and I came from Florence specifically for our first Michelin-starred experience. They welcomed us with a beautiful smile, and we ate truly deliciously. The service was impeccable, with friendly, smiles, and a beautiful, quiet atmosphere that allowed you to fully enjoy the experience. Eating at a table facing the kitchen allowed us to witness the impeccable work of the dining room and kitchen; it was truly a pleasure to watch them work so hard. At the end of the service, the chef came by to thank everyone. He stopped at our table to chat with us and was truly friendly. It was a lovely and interesting conversation, a fitting conclusion. A stunning location in every way. 5 stars aren't enough... We've been to this restaurant several times, both for dinner and brunch. What can I say? We can't get enough of them, because here you'll find an elegant, tranquil atmosphere, excellent service, and above all, very clean and attentive to every detail... Extraordinary staff and owners. Chef La Rossa and his super wife, Patrizia Top, are very helpful and attentive to their customers. They make you feel at home, welcomed and pampered at the same time. The dishes are truly excellent, high-end, and unmistakably high-quality... The menu varies seasonally, with dishes that reveal a great deal of thought and research into high-quality, delicious desserts with unrivaled flavor. Excellent value for money. As always, you leave the table with the intention of returning as soon as possible, everything is so delicious... We tried Chef La Rossa's brunch, and it fully met our expectations. The dishes were meticulously prepared, tasty, and finally served in adequate quantities. A special thanks to Patrizia and her staff, who were knowledgeable, kind, informal, and very welcoming!!! We'll be back soon to try other delicacies! 😉

First of all... simple but sincere and polite welcome. The presentation and service are clear and direct, yet always cordial. The food is impeccable. The atmosphere is a bit "retro," but excellent. In any case: there's no comparison between this "brunch" (€55) and a dinner at a trattoria (€30).

Yesterday evening, we were guests of chef Larossa and Patty, it was our first experience in a starred restaurant, we opted for the POP tasting menu (87€) to which we added a bottle of wine. It was a delight for the palate and the eyes, each dish was explained in great detail by the Sala staff and with every bite every flavour exploded in your mouth, you could feel the care and passion of the chef. The Sala team was always present but never intrusive, and above all friendly and available to explain some curiosities to us. We really felt at home. At the end of the service, chef Larossa spent time with all the guests, which we really appreciated, we even managed to steal a photo of them together. Patrizia is uniquely genuine and spontaneous, it seemed like we had known her all our lives, she told us about the hard work behind it, perceiving the passion they put into what they do. Praise also goes to the entire Sala staff and the brigade. We had such a great time that we immediately booked Sunday brunch. See you in September ❤️

My partner and I had dinner here thanks to Smartbox and we fell in love. First of all, let's dispel the myth that you eat little at starred restaurants, because we were already half full after eating the menu (the photos are just a part)! Only that everything was so good and "light" that it was impossible to leave anything left. We thank all the staff, super kind, who made us feel at home right away and the chef Andrea who we had the pleasure of meeting because at the end of the evening he went around the tables to talk and thank everyone. Excellent food and friendly and efficient staff but not intrusive. In my opinion, completely personal, too much seasoning on some dishes chosen for brunch but top quality
