Having never been there, I avoid judging.

My 21st city in Italy. My husband's nationality: Italian. Mine: Mexican. And although we come from different worlds, we share something essential: the desire to try, experiment, and question through food. I don't like soccer. He loves it. I love coffee, reading, and talking for hours. He's quieter, more reserved. But at the table, we find each other. And there, we're equals. We share the pleasure of discovering restaurants, of imagining how a dish could be improved, of discussing the balance of flavors, the texture, the aroma, the ambiance, the armchair, the painting on the wall, the light, the people. For us, going out to eat isn't just about eating: it's an exercise in shared imagination. That's why we decided to embark on this unique gastronomic experience with Larossa Andrea. Paty's service was simply exceptional. Polite, warm, attentive, with a hospitality that can't be learned from a manual. Her explanation of every detail, her honest recommendation, her constant yet unobtrusive presence… This restaurant wouldn't be the same without her. There's something profoundly human about feeling seen when you sit down at the table. The food: portions designed to savor each bite slowly. Favorite flavors that comfort. Ancient flavors that awaken memories. An interesting menu that engages in a dialogue between tradition and reinterpretation. And the wines… Italy served in a glass. Red, white, rosé, orange. Farming areas, mountains, time, work, waiting. Each wine is liquid patience. It is culture. It is respect. Across from us, the chef. Serious, focused, almost mysterious at the bar. He didn't seem like the same cheerful face one sees on YouTube. But at the end of the meal, he approached, smiled, chatted, listened. And then I understood something: cooking is also about vulnerability. Creating for others means putting yourself out there. From a psychological perspective, sharing a meal is one of the most primal and profound acts of connection. Eating together regulates, connects, and creates emotional memories. In a chaotic and often hopeless world, allowing ourselves the conscious pleasure of a good dinner is almost an act of resistance. Going to sleep remembering flavors is a small but powerful form of love. Love for the other. Love for the time shared. Love for culture. This is what the kitchen should be: a space of mutual respect, where the cook and the diner meet in the same ritual. The experience with Chef Andrea is something everyone should try at least once. It's not just a dinner. It's a conversation between cultures, between stories, between silences and words. And for us, it was yet another way to unite Mexican and Italian in something we understand perfectly: the pleasure of sitting together at the table.

I know and follow the Chef through videos. My girlfriend and I chose Turin as our destination to celebrate our anniversary and we took the opportunity to come and eat here. It was a fantastic experience, the staff was incredibly kind, and we didn't feel embarrassed at all even though it was our first time at a Michelin-starred restaurant and we were a little apprehensive. We ate very well and left the table feeling full and more than satisfied. A unique experience that we can't wait to repeat!

You can feel at home. My girlfriend and I were lucky enough to chat with Chef Andrea and Patty, two wonderful people. We ate lunch at the table closest to the kitchen, so we could watch the chef and sous-chefs at work. An unforgettable experience made by the staff's excellent humor. We'll be back.

Fantastic, the waiters are super kind and friendly, the place is very elegant, but the best thing is, at the end of the service, being able to speak directly with the chef, a truly enriching experience, even when you're chatting about this and that. The food is truly amazing, refined dishes, rich in flavor, yet simple, without too much unnecessary flair, just solid dishes. My partner and I have tried other starred restaurants, even those with more than one star, but only here did the dessert leave a lasting impression. Usually, dessert isn't up to par with the other dishes, but not here. It's definitely on par with the other dishes and stays true to the menu, leaving you with a smile. We can't wait to go back.
