Excellent welcome, high quality brunch in a wide-ranging environment but the added value is the chef and his wife who with their friendliness and simplicity make you feel at ease.

Visited for unusual reasons: YouTube videos with Franchino Er Criminale. Brunch with my son who studies in Turin, and my wife, a splendid family experience. The welcome: we felt at home, a starry host who welcomes us with a warmth that I haven't found in a long time. This would be enough to close the review here, but it would be doing a disservice to the quality of the cuisine. A brunch is a "simple meal", and it is in the "simple" things that you see the qualities of a starred chef. 1) the humility (now a rare commodity) of preparing a starred menu for a young audience. 2) the ability to make everything - including strawberry jam - at the highest level. Congratulations, and thanks to Alessandro Bologna, for his great work!

Nice place at the foot of the hill. Very good food, delicate and tasty dishes! Obviously well deserved star, great quality. Less formal environment than other places of the same level but still very pleasant, modern and elegant. Special mention for the risotto! Something extraordinary! Definitely worth it. All very POP but with the
Star. Experience to be repeated

Sometimes less is more. Too many vastly different flavors mixed together. Haute cuisine is more than mixing ingredients in a way that was not done before: it is about finding harmony. It was’t always there.
The service was excruciatingly slow, with only two waiters for a full dining room.
The room looks more like an office coworking space, with LED lights and metal tubes, than a restaurant.
While the salty dishes were definitely creative (for good or for less good), the desserts were disappointingly traditional and uninspired.
There is still work to be done.

Very nice restaurant from many points of view.
The staff immediately puts you at ease and you almost don't feel like a guest. It was treated with due respect but not at all with detachment. So very welcoming.
Very good and plentiful food. All very tasty and not at all so exasperated as to sacrifice taste.
Fast and unobtrusive service.
Perhaps a little noisy but very nice atmosphere.
Internal parking which is very convenient.
