Particular, intimate environment, you eat particular and tasty dishes. I believe that the previous reviews do not reflect the excellent quality of the food. I will gladly return to this particular place

Ambiente molto caratteristico gestito da personale veramente gentile ed alla mano., Eravamo in due ed abbiamo preso una tagliatella ai funghi porcini abbastanza buona. Ottimi gli umbricelli al vino rosso e salsiccia. Per secondo una tagliata d'anatra che ho trovato gustosa, ma quelle foglie di insalata scondita a mio giudizio non erano il contorno adatto. Nel complesso buona esperienza, ma necessita di qualche piccola attenzione in piu.

Great food - classic dishes and pizza - old school charm - small inside and out but basically unchanged over the 11 years I have been there - now the Gufo is closed you have Restaurant 7 or L’Ape - both excellent but on different levels in terms of offering and price.

The place itself is really charming, inside. It's an old house completely renovated while preserving the original characteristic cotto ceilings with wooden beams and the stone walls.
The pizza is ok: thin crust, well cooked, not soggy. However , if you like the classic bubbles of air in the crust you won't find any.
To me it was in need of some salt in the dough as well though that's a personal taste.

Delizioso antipasto e ottimi primi di pasta fresca fatta a mano, molto apprezzati umbrichelli con salsiccia e robiola, location molto carina sia dentro che fuori e staff cordiale. Prezzi nella media.

The food was fresh and of excellent quality. The mushrooms tasted very fresh and aromatic. The meat Tagliata di Manzo was medium rare, as it should be. Only the portion could have been a little larger for someone more hungry. Together with a primi course it was sufficient for me. The pasta was homemade and you could immediately taste the difference to conventional pasta. The food was hot, which unfortunately wasn't always a given. From the kitchen you can hear the Italian chef giving instructions loudly and the bell rang audibly, as is typical for spirited Italians. That seemed authentic.
The waiter was very attentive, assigned us a table that wasn't intended for dinner, and put up citronella candles because he noticed we were worried about the mosquitoes. These were hardly a problem with spray and citronella.
The music box that was right next to us was turned down. Excellent attention. The prices for the food and drinks were reasonably priced. Unfortunately there wasn't enough panna cotta for everyone as we ate a bit late around 9:45pm. But that speaks for the freshness of the food. Apparently not too much is made in stock here.
I would come back anytime if I were in the area.
