31/10/2024: Buen restaurante con buena comida. Pero no es un lugar gourmand. Los muebles son viejos, y podrían tener un lifting facial. Gran lugar sobre el lago Garda. Desafortunadamente no todo el personal entiende inglés. Es un buen cambio si estás en la cima de la montaña donde no hay otros restaurantes.
26/10/2024: We dined at this restaurant and opted for the 95-euro tasting menu for each of us. The menu included three starters, two first courses, a main dish, and a dessert, with all selections needing to be the same except for the dessert. The restaurant is beautifully designed with a stunning view. The dishes were flavorful and beautifully presented. However, we encountered an issue with the main course. For the main course we both ordered the veal escalope, but to our surprise, we received only a single portion: the waitress served two plates—one with the escalope and a side dish, and the other with only the side dish. She explained that we were expected to share the escalope. However, the escalope was a single piece with a rib, suitable as a portion for one person, not for sharing. This left us feeling like we did not get one main course. This left us disappointed and fell short of our expectations for a tasting menu at this price point.

06/10/2024: A great choice with a wide range of different rooms for all budgets. Sebastian and his team are very capable to look after every traveller regardless of their needs.

Introduction: I was unable to stay at this hotel due to a succession of personal impediments Fact: despite some booking postponements requested by me until the final cancellation of the booking, I have always found an extremely high level of courtesy, predisposition and attention in welcoming and trying to resolve problems. Immediate responses, problem solving and great professionalism. Never a complaint Elements which, although not all-encompassing for evaluating a hotel, represent an excellent business card and an example. I will certainly rebook when they reopen. Thanks again and well done!
