Very nice place, clean, simple and intimate but convivial. We ate a fabulous appetizer and 2 amazing first courses. The dessert was heavenly. A special mention must be made for the waiting staff: we were looked after by a young guy (whose name we don't remember, but of Macedonian origins) very good! Attentive, very kind, prepared and professional. He made us feel at ease straight away! Super super helpful and smiling!
The owner present in the room, an impeccable attention to detail! Worth every penny spent!

The tasting menu proposed by the chef is a coherent and structured narrative, where the marine territory is interpreted with contemporary grace and technical sensitivity. The opening with the tartare of the catch of the day in tzatziki gazpacho plays on sharp freshness and well-measured acidity: the fish - carefully cut and left to take center stage - meets a Greek-inspired gazpacho that surprises with its balance and clean taste. Next, the creamed snapper with curly salad and squid ink wafer is a dish that works on the contrast between fat and bitter, playing with interesting consistencies and an elegant aesthetic. The seared scallops with peas, leek and bacon find their strength in a millimetric cooking and in the intelligent management of the sweet-smoked contrast. A seemingly simple dish, but of great technique. The shellfish risotto with purple shrimp tartare, burrata and lime is the chef's signature dish: rich, vibrant, with a complex balance between iodized, acidic and lactic. The rice is al dente, creamed without excess, with a marine depth that never gives in to banality. The savoury part is closed by the seared prawn with orange and ginger sauce, toasted almonds: an intriguing aromatic profile, impeccable cooking of the crustacean, and a persistent finish that accompanies the dessert without any drops in tension.
The service is precise, the pairing with the six glasses well studied (note of merit for the unexpected combinations and the punctual story in the room), and the cuisine moves with mastery between classicism and innovation that is never ostentatious.
A solid experience, of thought and matter, in which the lagoon becomes an authentic gastronomic story, without smudges.

In via Bafile I think it is one of the best places to eat fish and good dishes.

An Unforgettable Dining Experience!
I had the pleasure of dining last night and I have to say that the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment you walk in the door, you are enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, elegantly furnished but not pretentious.
The staff were impeccable: attentive, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about every item on the menu and wine list. Their suggestions were invaluable and helped make the evening even more special.
But the real star of the show was, of course, the food. Every dish we tried was a symphony of flavors, prepared with the freshest ingredients and presented in a way that was a work of art. I particularly enjoyed the seared scallops with pea sauce, leek and bacon crumble, a real treat that I highly recommend. The Mantecato Dentex with puntarelle, tapioca wafer with squid ink and tomato sauce was also simply sublime. It is clear that behind every creation there is a great passion and a deep knowledge of the cuisine.
The wine list is extensive and well-curated, offering a selection that perfectly matches the dishes offered. We opted for a Vie de Romans 22 and a Jermann Vinnae 24 which beautifully enhanced the flavours of our meal.
In short, La Laguna is not just a place to eat, but a complete culinary experience that involves all the senses. It is the perfect place for a special dinner, a celebration or simply for those who want to indulge in a moment of pure gastronomic pleasure.

Locale molto curato e con un menù con scelta adeguata (ci sono un numero di alternative non eccessive, giusto così…)
Frittura di pesce (calamari e gamberi soprattutto e anche verdure), perfetta .
Si vede che lo chef usa olio in quantità corrette e per ogni porzione diverso. Il colore del fritto è bello a vedersi e la quantità, anche se forse potrebbe essere appena più generosa, è comunque sufficiente

Bel locale con servizio e piatti buoni di vario tipo. Purtroppo stavolta non ho trovato il mio piatto preferito che erano linguine con aragostine e tartufo bianco ... che è stato molto dal menù. Prezzi piuttosto latini ... ma è uno dei miei sette/otto ristoranti preferiti del centro di Jesolo Lido vicino a Piazza Mazzini che ne fa uno dei miei riferimenti di jesolo.
