Food was average, we got a fish from the specials which was a bit rubbery and the potatoes for garnish were just raw. Sea food pasta with clams and zucchini and mint was kind of ok.

This was a place where you could enjoy fresh seafood. They had a daily menu, and the friendly and playful server even asked, "If you have ingredients in the kitchen, would you like me to make pasta with them?" The menu was delicious (the langoustine pasta in the photo). Having always enjoyed wine, I requested a gin and tonic, and the herbal aroma was so fragrant that I drank a lot. I was grateful for the grappa and coffee service after the meal.

We had a wonderful meal at La Zagara. The food was fresh and full of flavor, especially the pasta and seafood, very sicilian experience. The staff were friendly and made us feel really welcome. The place has a nice, relaxed vibes, and very close to the center. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Taormina!

I was there this summer with some friends and I made a great impression because the food was very fresh and the dishes were delicious, even with the presentation! The staff were attentive and helpful, the local wine was excellent, the restaurant was clean, and I will definitely be back.

I was at this restaurant this summer and was very happy with the fresh, high-quality food. I tried the mixed fried fish and what can I say? I was amazed by the taste and crispiness, it didn't even seem fried, paired with excellent local wine. The staff was very attentive and helpful, and the location is top-notch! I'll definitely be back, so HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
