Tasty but overpriced food in an unfortunate setting. You're sitting on top of a main avenue and the noise/exhaust from constant traffic (mostly motorcycels, and buses) makes eating here a literal headache. Small portions and a 4 euro cover per person make this an terrible value despite the quality of the food.

New to Sicily and it took me an hour to decide where to eat. I ended up here because the touristy spot nearby was too busy and wow, I was lucky. The seafood was unbelievable. I had the mussels ‘mare’ starter and the seafood linguine, and both were hands down the best seafood I’ve ever eaten in my life. Everything was cooked to perfection nothing overdone, just fresh, flavorful, and unforgettable. The staff had real character, and the chefs put their own creative spin on every dish, even the tiramisù. I walked in with pictures and left with one of the best first dining experiences I could have imagined in Taormina. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience, excellent food, very kind and helpful staff. Very welcoming location near the center of Taormina. We'll definitely be back.

Amazing food. Great service. Everything is home made so it may take a minute. We've been to Almafi, Positano, Rome, Venice, Florence, Tuscany, and this is on par with the best we've had.

This place was awesome and reasonably priced. Just out of the main area (by like 30 seconds). Great vibes, incredible pasta (reminded me of tuscan pasta). Try the pork ragu and the pistachio ravioli and thank me later. Finished off with the salt crusted sea bass and it was also incredible. Best meals we have had here. Servers were awesome too. Great place.

Very good food! We really enjoyed ourselves, however we recommend eating inside because the terrace overlooks a busy coastline so there is honking and it is very noisy. The cutlery charge is also a bit excessive at €4 per person.

Great service, but pretty bare bones menu unless you go for the catch of the day. Also, quite pricey for what you can order. €4 service fee per person is on a higher end. Quite inside, traffic noise and CO2 outside.

Wir haben hier etwas früher als in Italien üblich, zu Abend gegessen. Essen und Service waren top. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen

26/09/2025: Romantic atmosphere, excellent quality food, just the right portions and kind and attentive staff.
23/09/2025: There's not much to say... I ordered pasta with sea urchins twice! My partner had never had it before and loved it. We arrived late (10 PM on Monday) because we were on a hike, so we called beforehand to make sure we could have dinner. Despite the hour, they welcomed us warmly and had us eating right away. I read in the reviews that the portions aren't generous: to be clear, compared to other more touristy places, that's true, but those are excessive and I can't finish them... so I think it's a question of expectations. But it's not a flaw! Precisely because the dishes are loaded with sauce (the pasta with sea urchins had so much fish - and it was real sea urchins!! Everything... which they often mix up) the prices? They're not high... it depends on the dish you order: it's perfectly normal for some ingredients to cost more. The staff was friendly and kind the whole time. I'm sorry I didn't take photos because I was too hungry 😆
