Beautiful environment created within apartments on several floors adjacent to the medieval tower. Well-stocked menu with Tuscan dishes created with quality ingredients and well assembled. Great selection of wines.

We had dinner at this restaurant recommended by a friend, I must say that it fully met our expectations. The truffle cappuccino was superb and so were the rest of the dishes, excellent and well presented.

Eravamo in gita e ci siamo fermati per il pranzo in questo bel ristorante caratteristico dentro la torre. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo con crostini, pappardelle al ragù di carne, arrosti misti con patate, dessert e caffè. Buono anche il servizio. Non abbiamo messo le 5 stelle eccellenza poiché dal menu tipico prenotato mancavano (con nostra delusione! Le pappardelle al ragù di cinghiale! Qualcuno era venuto solo per quello!

18/08/2024: A very nice discovery. Mastered cuisine, well-sourced products, both in terms of dishes and wine. The welcome was very warm. This is the best restaurant we had in Tuscany.
02/08/2024: In one word, great Tuscan regional dishes, a nice ambiance, you really have to experience this, only discovered by a few, only locals who eat here and that says something!! Recommended if you want something different!!
