Ristorante La Torre In Celano

I was there for dinner this evening. We took a cheese tasting appetizer (very good), the other of the cured meats not so good due to the various salamis that were on the palate. The chef was kind enough to divide the 2 appetizers into equal parts without our request so that we could eat a taste of everything. First we took 2 very good imperial risottos but the price was slightly excessive, €23 for each risotto. Good coffee and bitter homemade limoncello with fabulous coastal lemons, I went back 3 years. Overall a good dinner even if the price of €85 discounted instead of €89 invites you to return for the owner's treatment, however excessive: 2 starters, 2 first courses, 1 glass of rosé and a coffee and bitters. Service quite slow. Very strong point is the terrace overlooking the castle where I hope they will return to exhibit it with spectacular aperitifs in the summer period

Each dish is a journey through refined flavours, original combinations and the highest quality ingredients. The service is impeccable: professional but warm, never intrusive. The elegant and intimate environment helps to make the culinary experience even more special.

Without a doubt one of the best restaurants in the area. Every course is excellent, quality products and truly impeccable flavor combinations. Honorable mention for the desserts, exquisite. All accompanied by kindness and warm welcome from the staff. I can't wait to return to try the outdoor location! Super recommended.

Per il nostro primo anniversario di matrimonio, abbiamo scelto di regalarci un'esperienza culinaria speciale, e non potevamo fare scelta migliore! Abbiamo optato per il percorso di gusto 'Carpe Diem', un viaggio di 7 portate che ci ha fatto scoprire la tradizione abruzzese in una veste completamente nuova, elegante e sorprendente. I giovani chef del ristorante hanno saputo reinterpretare i sapori autentici del territorio con grande creatività, senza mai farci sentire la mancanza delle radici tradizionali. Ogni piatto è stato un'esplosione di gusto e, contro ogni aspettativa, siamo arrivati alla sesta portata già più che sazi... ma al dolce non si può proprio dire di no! Un tocco di classe è stato l’omaggio di una bottiglia di vino Di Sipio Rosé per celebrare il nostro anniversario, un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo. Un’esperienza che consigliamo a chiunque voglia concedersi una cena speciale, in un ambiente raffinato e con una cucina che sa sorprendere! Totale 140€ senza sorprese!

Very good, I celebrated my birthday there, the girl was very kind, she offered us free pastries, so everything was good!!! I highly recommend this restaurant!!!☺️😌

We stayed at this wonderful hotel. The staff super friendly and kind. The restaurant available in the hotel is super welcoming and offers tasty dishes. We will definitely return

New, sober and extremely well-kept restaurant. Delicious cuisine, preparation of tasty dishes with high quality raw materials. Very knowledgeable staff, welcoming and always available to guests' requests. I highly recommend it

Uno dei pochi ristoranti dove in ogni portata l'ingrediente esplode in bocca con il suo sapore dando rilevanza ad ogni boccone. Mi ha conquistato!!!!!
