The view from the hotel is absolutely magical. Lorenzo at the front r desk is kind and very informative. The tiny roads in Italy are not for the feint of heart, but this hotel has plenty of parking and once you arrive you are assured a pleasant experience. Would prefer a room on one level.

We had to book last minute and we only stayed one night. Room was ok, it has the essentials but the staff not friendly or helpful. Breakfast had a few of options but in our experience we felt like we were in a ghost hotel, there was no staff in the breakfast room for a while. View is gorgeous though. Must be different in high season.

I have known this hotel for many years, the management has changed. The position is breathtaking, the rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and accommodating, there was only one small thing today at breakfast where a lady who wasn't very friendly in service, but what does it mean maybe she had a bad day. In summary, it is a great hotel with a unique view over Lake Como

Superb hotel!! The rooms are just magnificent with a view of the lake 😍!!! As for the restaurant... what can I say between the service which was just exceptional and the food which was just more than excellent.. I highly recommend

A magnificent hotel with a breathtaking view of the lake, a very pleasant welcome and a very good side room with sea view. Recommended but rather for transported customers

The hotel is located on a hill. Recommended only for those who have a car. The road is easy and pleasant. Magical view. You must take a room with a balcony and a full view of the lake. Breathtaking and relaxing view. I didn't stop taking pictures. You can see Lake Como from the room and there is also a stunning waterfall that flows all day. Good breakfast, excellent service. There is free parking near the hotel and if you don't find a place there, the hotel has parking for 20 euros per day. There is an excellent local restaurant within walking distance. We had dinner there, recommended by the receptionist. We really enjoyed it.
