For us, going to eat at Signora Rosa is now a habit. Excellent food, quality service (Piero is uniquely helpful and professional), wonderful sea view. Highly recommended

Nice external location overlooking the sea, a little less so than the internal room. Decent food. Fast service and the owner was very nice and funny.

This restaurant was a pleasant surprise on a day in December 2024 when we decided to have lunch outside by chance. The food is excellent, the fish very fresh and it is all cooked really well with a "homemade hand" and therefore very natural and of high quality. But the real "Plus" of the place is the welcome and the service and above all the Magnifico Piero, an expert prompter and salesman. We returned today, January 25th and I confirm: exceptional quality and superior to many renowned fish restaurants on the Savelletri Torre Canne seafront. Ad maiora and always keep it that way!

02/11/2024: I went there by chance with my family, it was a very pleasant discovery. Excellent quality meat, punctual and courteous service, friendly owner, honest price. TOP QUALITY. Recommended.
29/09/2024: In quel di Cisternino in vacanza volevamo assaggiare le famose bombette.. tra vari consigli sulle macellerie/bracerie decidiamo di prenotare in questo posto. Tavolo riservato per le 20.30, puntuali arriviamo a destinazione.. subito accolti da Donato ed il titolare franco , calorosi e simpatici, scegliamo la carne e ci accomodiamo ed ordiniamo da bere e degli antipasti.. carpaccio e salumi stratosferici.. volevamo vedere la brace e siamo scesi giù per la curiosità.. qui abbiamo conosciuto il fuochista Francesco, e sembrava fossimo amici da una vita(simpaticissimo). cottura e qualità della carne ottima.. insomma, esperienza fantastica, consigliatissimo
