Vriendelijkheid was ver te zoeken, en van huisdiervriendelijkheid was al helemaal geen sprake. Nog geen minuut nadat we gingen zitten, kregen we te horen dat onze hond stil moest zijn of anders in de auto moest blijven. Onbegrijpelijk en een enorme teleurstelling.
