09/10/2025: A Dive into the Past with Simple, Yet Exciting Cuisine! 5 stars without reservation. We went to Trattoria del Gallo on a recommendation, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere is pleasantly retro and welcoming, making you feel immediately at home. The real strength is the cuisine: the dishes, while simple, are cooked to an absolutely excellent standard. It's proof that quality and craftsmanship need no embellishment. The hosts contribute to making the experience unforgettable. The owner is not only hospitable and friendly, but also demonstrates a profound knowledge of both the wine cellar—which is very well-stocked and impressive—and the specialties offered in the kitchen. We felt so good that our lunch almost lasted until dinner! A place where time stands still and you can enjoy true tradition. I highly recommend making a reservation (we were lucky, but don't risk it!). This place deserves all its success.
