La Pergola Restaurant was a real surprise during our stroll through Santa Maria al Bagno. It's centrally located, right on the village square, overlooking the sea. The highlight is undoubtedly the cuisine, which proved to be excellent. You can taste the freshness and quality of the fish, the true star of the menu. The staff is attentive, professional, and very courteous! Highly recommended! 👏🏻 Biagio and Maria Pia

A very nice restaurant with more than reasonable prices and a warm welcome. The food is very good, very generous, and they accept dogs. I recommend it 👍🏻

Un luogo incantevole, enchanting setting, ci siamo stati tre volte, delizioso, accoglienza e servizio eccellenti, we had lunch there 3 times during our stay in October, everything was delicious, very good quality of service and very pleasant welcome. Highly recommended, consigliassimo 🌊🤩

Siamo andati per la seconda volta per cena dato che la prima volta ci trovammo benissimo e che dire,non si smentiscono mai,un risotto alla crema di scampi da stella michelin,il più buono mai mangiato, pesce spada e frittura mista strabuoni, super consigliato e ci ritorneremo al più presto,complimenti

16/11/2025: I had a gluten-free pizza (for those with intolerances) that I took out, and when I ate it at home, despite it being lukewarm, it was incredibly good! Really good! Congratulations, best pizza in the Lecce hinterland.
21/10/2025: I ate here for the first time in early October. We ordered two pizzas, a tea, and water. The interior is very beautiful, and the atmosphere is truly captivating. Personally, the dining room is fantastic. The staff was quite attentive considering the crowds at peak dinner time, and the pizzas were okay. You can also sit outside or at the tables inside for a quick bite without paying a cover charge, which is a huge plus. Overall, I was satisfied.

05/10/2025: I stayed at your establishment...wonderful to say the least. Kindness and helpfulness. Gorgeous place and delicious food, all very fresh and with a lot of variety, which is not a given because even those who can't eat certain things due to intolerances were able to fill up on other very delicious dishes 😀. I highly recommend the establishment...among other things, the place is beautiful and so green! The gluten-free options are also a plus. Everything was truly excellent 😊
