I returned after years and I have to change my review because over time restaurants tend to get worse, well here at Muraya there is the exception that proves the rule and from 4 I have to give 5 stars. Spectacular restaurant, sincere and delicious cuisine, elegant but comfortable environment without unnecessary sophisms. When I come to Bari after having taken a walk in the spectacular old city and a passage on the most beautiful seafront in Italy, I will always stop in this jewel a stone's throw from the center with the certainty of eating excellently and never paying more than is right.

The restaurant has delicious seafood and friendly service. Usually, dinners during the weekend are full and a reservation is required. Although I gave the maximum rating, I have small remarks: the shrimps should be cleaned of the vein, when serving fish and seafood, it is necessary to give wet towels/water with lemon to clean the hands, when using white wine, it should be placed in a champagne flute to drink chilled. I hope that this will only improve your level and make your customers even more satisfied.

I celebrated my wedding anniversary, a sublime lunch, all my guests enjoyed every single dish. Rich appetizers, not the usual ones, very fresh raw seafood, original and delicious first courses, not least the fried fish and the sliced meat.
Welcomed by the owner Mr. Nino, very nice, kind, cordial.
Compliments also to Davide who managed our table excellently, satisfying our requests with courtesy, availability and professionalism. A soft atmosphere, tidy and clean place.

5 stars for the food, the service and the place. I tried the appetizer: average seafood salad (I would have liked a portion of mixed appetizer but it wasn't included), the first course is worth all 5 stars, something exceptional for the palate: parsley bavettine with almond pesto and prawn tails. Truly sublime. I would go all the way back to Bari for this dish!!! Good mixed fried food. Dessert: lemon sorbet made by them, a must try, exquisite!!
