The seafood was extremely fresh! It was very fresh. The paccheri with plump and fresh fish was exquisite 😋 The sauce was delicious and the seasoning was perfect, with a great balance of flavors. This was the restaurant where I had the most delicious meal, from appetizer to main course, during my stay in Bari.
The interior of the restaurant is modern and stylish.
There seem to be many customers who visit frequently, and they were chatting enthusiastically with the staff and the owner.

I returned after years and I have to change my review because over time restaurants tend to get worse, well here at Muraya there is the exception that proves the rule and from 4 I have to give 5 stars. Spectacular restaurant, sincere and delicious cuisine, elegant but comfortable environment without unnecessary sophisms. When I come to Bari after having taken a walk in the spectacular old city and a passage on the most beautiful seafront in Italy, I will always stop in this jewel a stone's throw from the center with the certainty of eating excellently and never paying more than is right.

Ottimo ristorante in zona centrale di Bari.
Locale elegante e ottimi piatti (come gli spaghetti alla chitarra ricci e bottarga)
Ben cucinato anche il tonno.
Immancabili i taralli nel cesto del pane.
Ottime le etichette e i consigli dei camerieri.
