Ristorante La Mosca Matta In Roma

I went to this place because it’s walking distance from my hotel, it had good reviews and was a fish place, so a good alternative to the usual Roman restaurant. Service was impeccable, food was really nice (being honest, I gave a 4/5 because I am of the mindset that one can always improve but everything I tasted was very nice) and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The pistachio parfait was amazing! I could not ask for more. I will definitely come back!

Absolutely fantastic experience at Ristorante di Pesce Chiaroscuro. The ambiance was elegant yet welcoming and the service was impeccable from start to finish. Every dish was a standout. The seafood was incredibly fresh and the attention to detail in each plate was clear. The risotto was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, but the real star was the tagliolini con calamaretti e lamelle di bottarga di muggine di Cabras. The fritto was light and crisp, not greasy at all, and both desserts, the cheesecake and tiramisù, were a pleasant surprise. Very very happy and satisfied. Will definitely be back.

I've been frequenting this restaurant for years, and it's consistently ranked among the best seafood restaurants in Rome. The food is fresh and delicious, and the service is exceptionally friendly.

Excellent raw materials, customer care and fair value for money

We had dinner at this restaurant by chance, and luck has never been so good. We discovered a very high-quality establishment, excellent food, very friendly staff, a wide selection, and above all, a great price considering the high quality of the food and the overall setting. Excellent seafood restaurant; we were there a few days ago and what can I say, everything was practically perfect! Beautiful and well-kept location! We opted for the tasting menu, everything was excellent, prepared with care and quality raw materials! Excellent wine list. We went back again for dinner, this time à la carte, and our first impression was confirmed, everything was very good. The staff were attentive and courteous!!! Excellent and recommended!

We were in this restaurant 2 nights ago. We discovered a place of a very high quality level and difficult to find in Rome especially regarding fish. Very welcoming atmosphere and extremely attentive to the customer. We will definitely return

The food is excellent, both in terms of the quality of the ingredients, the variety of choice, preparation and last but not least the plating. Excellent and varied wine and spirit cellar. (a venial sin not to have a beer to match the menu) What left us with a truly pleasant memory of this dinner was the extremely comfortable atmosphere, in an elegant but not excessive, and above all quiet context. We were there on a Saturday, the restaurant was full and yet everything was very quiet and rarefied. The service is excellent, not only professionally, but because we breathed the care and kindness towards the customer, towards each, single, diner in the restaurant. A discreet attention, never invasive, taken care of in the smallest details, done not because it is due, but I would say with "affection" and passion. An experience truly to try and repeat.

Great birthday lunch... everything perfect location, service and above all the main actor: the food. Dishes well presented and really tasty. The attentive and welcoming staff... the very well-kept place... an experience to repeat for sure.
