A surprise. A very nice place, where dining is a pleasure both for the delicious food and the friendliness and professionalism of the attentive and meticulous staff. I'll definitely keep this place in mind when I want to dine in a quiet, discreet, and above all, delicious atmosphere! Thank you.

The restaurant is meticulously prepared down to the smallest detail. We were greeted with a glass of prosecco and a much-appreciated entree. Each dish was meticulously prepared: the waiter paid attention to the fact that we had ordered a single tartare for two people and kindly brought out half of it on two plates. The first courses were truly delicious, with portions that weren't overly generous, and above all, of the highest quality (worth the price!). The staff was once again extremely friendly, bringing us biscuits to finish the meal, which were also greatly appreciated. The atmosphere is intimate and relaxing, perfect for enjoying a lovely evening with the right company. We'll definitely be back!

I had been there a few years ago with my wife for my wedding anniversary and was very impressed. I returned with some friends and the attentiveness of the maître d', the discretion, professionalism, and speed of the waiters, the excellent quality of the dishes and their presentation, and the chef's mastery in preparing the dishes made me look good. In addition to their compliments, they were amazed that a restaurant of this caliber doesn't skimp on portions. There were six of us. The welcome dish, appetizer, main course, dessert, wine, water, pandoro, and coffee all came to just €50 per person (I repeat, the dishes are only fish-based). We really enjoyed it. Thank you.

Company dinner, excellent food and atmosphere. The place could use some renovation, but overall it offers a decent selection. Good dishes with appropriate toppings. It's one point short of 10, but we're there.

worth the price—it comes with a lovely ambiance, great food and extraordinary service. so lucky to secure the last available table that day, as it was fully booked the next day. i had the privilege of seeing their kitchen and honestly it’s the cleanest kitchen i’ve ever seen in my life. i hope they can maintain all of this and whenever i’m back in Rome, i will definitely come and visit this restaurant again. p.s. the owner is very kind and the sweetest Italian person i met on this whole trip. see you another time✨

The flavours are layered yet clear, dishes are rich without excess, and there is an instinctive understanding of balance that runs through the menu. Everything feels grounded in Italian tradition while remaining quietly contemporary, never forced, never distracted. Service is, quite simply, exceptional. Attentive, warm and impeccably timed, it creates an atmosphere in which one feels genuinely welcomed and consistently well looked after. There is a natural ease in the room that allows evenings to unfold without interruption or haste. Ai Piani succeeds because it respects both its cuisine and its guests. It is a restaurant built on consistency, care and intelligence rather than displays. A place that earns loyalty through quality and grace, and one I still think of as a reference point for dining in Rome
