the best fish restaurant in Rome I've ever eaten in! I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and was thrilled. We started with an appetizer of raw fish, including scampi, red prawn and tartare, very fresh and perfectly presented. The other starter, prawns on a creamy chickpea hummus with rosemary oil, was a surprising combination of flavours. The first courses won us over: the spaghetti with lobster was delicious, with perfectly balanced cooking and seasoning. The risotto, prepared with shellfish bisque, lemon reduction and prawns, was a true masterpiece, with an intense but refined flavour. To conclude, the desserts were an experience in themselves. The tiramisu, not the best but still good, but the real surprise was the preparation at the table of flambéed caramelized berries, served with ice cream. A scenographic touch that made the evening even more special. As if that wasn't enough, we were treated to homemade biscuits, chocolates and fruit, ending the meal in style. The wine, a white recommended by the staff, proved to be a perfect match for the dishes, and the service was impeccable: friendly, attentive and passionate staff. The elegant and welcoming atmosphere makes this restaurant ideal for a special evening. I highly recommend trying it to anyone who loves high quality fish and a gastronomic experience with attention to the smallest details. I can't wait to go back!

Discovered by chance a few months ago following a reservation on The Fork, we were surprised by several factors that describe this restaurant perfectly. Elegant environment, exceptional customer welcome and management and high quality food. Precisely for this reason, I decided to also organize the company dinner at the end of the year and in this case they outdid themselves, all managed down to the smallest details. Furthermore, what should NOT be overlooked, the service is very fast, you DO NOT have to wait an eternity between one dish and another. Like all activities, they work if the management is done with excellence, my compliments to Stefano, the director, who has put together an impeccable staff.
