Ristorante La Limonaia di Villa Senni In Scarperia

It's not my first experience at the La Limonaia restaurant, but it's the first on the occasion of Women's Day. The environment is confirmed as refined and welcoming, which for the occasion is adorned with Mimosas and a space used for live background music, which accompanied us throughout the evocative evening. We started dinner with a mixed appetizer of gourmet cheeses from the Langhe (one better than the other, but the one that struck me most was one refined with Barolo pomace) polentine with porcini mushrooms and coccoli with a special dough of buckwheat and spelt. Followed by the best tartare I've ever eaten with mango chutney and pink pepper. On the occasion of the day they offered us the mimosa cake with raspberry jam... amazing. The welcome of the service that accompanied the dinner is worthy of the location, as is the fact of being available and not intrusive. Recommended for your special evenings and beyond.

La Limonaia has a welcoming and refined atmosphere. The service is impeccable: the staff is very courteous, attentive and prepared. Each dish is a real delight, perfectly prepared with fresh and balanced ingredients. The Cheesecake with Salted Butter Biscuit Base, Fig Reduction and Caramel Crumble was the perfect ending. The quality-price ratio is positive, considering the quality of the cuisine and the attention to detail. I highly recommend this restaurant. I will definitely be back!

We recently had lunch at this restaurant with 4 people and we were really impressed. The welcome was warm and the service impeccable, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. We started with a delicious starter, consisting of a selection of tasty cured meats, crunchy crostini and coccoli, which melted in your mouth. A perfect start, which whetted our appetite without weighing us down. For the main course, we opted for the peposo and the tagliatelle with caramelized onions and lard. The peposo was tender and tasty, with a rich, mouth-filling flavour, while the tagliatelle, served with caramelised onions and lard, was simply spectacular. The meat was cooked to perfection, and the contrast between the sweetness of the onions and the richness of the lard created an irresistible combination. Finally, we concluded our lunch with a selection of desserts, all truly exceptional. Each dessert was a surprise, prepared with care and with fresh, quality ingredients. A true delight for the palate! Overall, it was a perfect lunch, with dishes that won us over from the first taste. We will definitely be back!

Dinner that did not completely reflect my expectations, I expected greater quality overall, also given the very high price spent, which however must be taken into consideration. Overall the restaurant is nice, although I admit it wasn't very pleasant to eat with a sort of mp3 behind your head listening to children's songs for a good part of the time, I would recommend a different location if you want to play a little music online general is welcome, with genres suitable for the place, obviously. I conclude by saying that the service wasn't bad, I didn't mind the food either, even if some things didn't satisfy me with full marks but that's okay, it's also a matter of taste, friendly staff, but watch out for the costs, you could get burned and don't stay fully satisfied.

Cenone oltre 100€ risultato di medio livello, sebbene il menù era stato pubblicato non mi é piaciuto granché come rapporto qualitá/prezzo. Servizio appena sufficiente nel complesso. Location invece valida. Il consiglio è di andarci lontano dalle festività ma mi sarei aspettato cmq di più.
