New, beautiful place with super welcoming and professional staff. I had read the only review from another user about gluten-free pizza called "exquisite", but I didn't have the courage to try a Schaer pre-cooked base as I always look for fresh homemade gluten-free dough. Let's say quickly I rushed into it. It may not be for the modest gluten-free Peroni, but rather for also having the celiac dessert from Schaer which I still feel like thanking for the care that is also offered to intolerant people for what you manage. In the truffle scramble I didn't smell much truffle and saw a lot of leeks. For what it costs I was disappointed. Spending level corresponds to Google indication. Thanks and regards

we had dinner on Saturday evening, we took two mixed fried foods as a starter, my daughter and I took a pinsa and a pizza, my husband a fish first course. Little to say except that everything was excellent, very fresh fish and the pizzas extremely tasty, the fried food not at all heavy, crunchy and very dry. The staff were fantastic, smiling, helpful and friendly, something that hasn't happened to us in a long time. We recommend it without hesitation!!

Truly excellent quality and service

Locale informale lungo la via principale. Servizio veloce (anche asporto) Pizza molto buona (a mio gusto). Non alta come la napoletana classica ma nemmeno bassa stile "schiacciata". C'è anche alternativa pinsa. Carne di ottima qualità (etrusco carni). Unico "appunto" aver servito quella splendida tagliata sopra un letto di inutile insalata. Era anche non troppo calda (peccato) Quella carne va servita da sola che è bellissima così. Comunque un ottimo posto per una cena non troppo impegnativa ma soddisfacente

Ragazzi siamo a 200km dal mare! Avevo sentito parlare bene di questo posto così oggi, nella mia serata libera, ho deciso di farci un salto. L'ingresso, sulla via principale della frazione di Perugia, nasconde bene la dimensione e la qualità del posto. Ambiente curato e pulito con una elegante atmosfera informale che lascia posto ad un bel dehor estivo. Personale cordialissimo per un servizio attento ma non invadente: a me sono capitati il sorriso e la gentilezza di Martina. E finalmente arriviamo al sodo. Sauté di cozze con 2 cestini di pane prodotto in casa, da non morire mai. Uno dei migliori di sempre. E se dopo un antipasto con gamberi rosa, sgombro, baccalà marinato, salmone gravlax....e la pancia che ci sta per lasciare, sii trova il coraggio e la volontà di un fritto di calamari e gamberi le cose sono solo 2. La materia prima è ottima e lo chef manda come di deve!!! Complimenti. Insomma mancava solo la sabbia con il rumore della risacca
