I had read the only review from another user about gluten-free pizza called "exquisite", but I didn't have the courage to try a Schaer pre-cooked base as I always look for fresh homemade gluten-free dough. Let's say quickly I rushed into it. It may not be for the modest gluten-free Peroni, but rather for also having the celiac dessert from Schaer which I still feel like thanking for the care that is also offered to intolerant people for what you manage. In the truffle scramble I didn't smell much truffle and saw a lot of leeks. For what it costs I was disappointed. Spending level corresponds to Google indication. Thanks and regards

Posto bello ed elegante, pieno anche infrasettimanale. Pizza buona, con scelta di pinsa o pizza "normale". Da tornare per provare anche il pesce.

Locale informale lungo la via principale. Servizio veloce (anche asporto) Pizza molto buona (a mio gusto). Non alta come la napoletana classica ma nemmeno bassa stile "schiacciata". C'è anche alternativa pinsa. Carne di ottima qualità (etrusco carni). Unico "appunto" aver servito quella splendida tagliata sopra un letto di inutile insalata. Era anche non troppo calda (peccato) Quella carne va servita da sola che è bellissima così. Comunque un ottimo posto per una cena non troppo impegnativa ma soddisfacente
