The most incredibly done pasta at Ristorante Gardenia. Both pasta dishes we got were superbly prepared, my most favorite was the pasta with blue spirulina. Wine and the rose gelato were amazing additions to the dinner. The lake views from the Ristorante Gardenia must be the best in town. And of course the staff - everyone we encountered at the restaurant were welcoming, kind, and friendly. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.
My partner and I went to this restaurant for the first time. We ordered fettuccine ai crostacei (shellfish fettuccine). The pasta was al dente, and the fish was good. For our main course, fried calamari, which I must say was delicious. For the price of the calamari (15 euros), I expected a slightly larger portion—there were 10-12 pieces—but, again, it was delicious, as was the sauce that accompanied it. We were on the terrace overlooking the lake, so the atmosphere was lovely, and we were served by the older, more friendly waiter. If you're looking to eat a lot, this isn't the place for you.

Unique location, with an incredible view and a view of the lake. The style of the internal rooms is not really to my taste, but still taken care of in detail. The service was good overall, even if the very formal and serious attitude of the waiter who served us did not put us at ease. They were however willing to make an exception to the menu and we acknowledge this. The food was good, the fish of good quality.

Ristorante con una posizione invidiabile e scenografica sul lago. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di mangiare sulla terrazza con un ottimo clima.
L'ambientazione del ristorante è nero e oro, molto 'lounge'.
Abbiano mangiato bene anche se la ricerca dell'originale in ogni piatto non sempre riescce: ad esempio la curcuma nei tortiglioni secondo me si può evitare. I mieo fagottini erano troppo amari, qualcosa è andato storto nella parte dei carciofi. Porzioni abbondanti. Prezzi molto alti

Location bellissima, proprio sul lago di Castel Gandolfo, vista panoramica magnifica. I piatti sono tutti molto curati, originali, il pesce è fresco e sapientemente cucinato, tutte le portate erano strabuone e porzioni abbondanti. Decisamente un ristorante da provare
