We happened upon it by chance, at 2 pm on Sunday. We were welcomed by the owner with extreme kindness and availability. After having us sit in their bar located in front of the restaurant and having been entertained with an excellent glass of rose, we sat down to enjoy the delicacies of the kitchen. Rating: 10. Everything impeccable excellent value for money.

An excellent mixed seafood sauté with excellent quality raw materials, accompanied by a good Trento DOC and to finish on a sweet note: Sicilian cannoli. Knowing that the chef is Sicilian I trusted him and I did well. Attentive and discreet service. Comfortable environment. It's the second time I've come back here and I'm not from Parma! Well done!

La Forchetta offre una buona scelta di cucina emiliana e mediterranea con un rapporto qualità quantità prezzo degno di nota. Il servizio è attento e cortese così come la carta dei vini attraversa la penisola con l’ottimo scelte. Da provare (prenotate il locale non è grande)!

Nice and elegant place, especially on the veranda, very fish-based, not very Parma based.
We waited 45 minutes for the starter..... The waiter was apologetic, very kind, but we understood that if you sit down at 1am you leave almost at 3pm 😅 if it's Sunday or Saturday, he explained to us it's the peak.
So only during the week.....
47 euros each with first and second courses and a glass of wine, not expensive things, nor fish, a little expensive

Especialidades de pescado en un entorno de lujo, elegante pero agradable. Todo el mundo parecía estar pasando un buen rato y la comida era excelente. Disfrutamos de un delicioso entrante de vieira seguido de atún en rodajas con corteza de panko, una salsa mixta de pescado y mariscos y una abundante galleta local de sbrisolana con crema inglesa. The front terrace of Ristorante La Forchetta - across narrow Borgo San Biagio from L'altro Forchetta – is a favourite spot for aperitivi on my Parma food & wine tours. Wherever you sit the service is prompt and friendly, drinks are well-crafted and generous, and the snacks that accompany them are almost enough for a meal in themselves!
