Este es otro establecimiento del que Parma puede estar orgulloso. Nos encantó todo - el ambiente de la terraza exterior, el menú, el servicio, y especialmente, la comida. Nuestro camarero recomendó un excelente vino local, que acompañó perfectamente nuestros platos. Tuvimos dos excelentes platos de pasta seguido de chuletas de cordero y filete de atún de exquisita calidad. El postre que elegimos fue fabuloso. ¡La alta cocina sí!

Very courteous and punctual service. Excellent.
Two tortelli so-so. The ones with herbs very “light”, the ones with pumpkin far (very) from the real pumpkin tortelli.
The cod in an olive crust was pleasant (mashed beans without “thrust”) but I expected more.
Excellent desserts.
Emilian wine list with many labels with a quality/price ratio that is not excellent.

Cenamos aquí tres noches seguidas, estábamos muy contentos con este lugar. Corrimos la gama en el menú, carne y pescado, vino tinto y blanco, diferentes aperitivos y dos platos por noche. Todos eran superiores y también innovadores. La comida fue igualada por el servicio impecable de ambos camareros, el hombre y la mujer. Cuando se les preguntó, dieron grandes recomendaciones. De arriba a abajo, estaban emocionados. El prosciutto fue cortado tan fino que se puede ver a través de él, lo que es emblemático del hecho de que este restaurante que sobresale en sabor y servicio también es genial en la presentación. Le recomendamos que se aloje en el Palazzo dalla Rosa Prati, y caminar un minuto para llegar a La Forchetta.

Exceptional starters (personally I recommend the scallops), fantastic first and second courses. The black ravioli with prawns and scamorza melted in your mouth.
The wine list is very varied and they also offer wines by the glass (I recommend the Pecorino).
The service and waiting times were impeccable.
I don't know what to say other than 5 out of 5, I will definitely be back.

Very nice place, found by chance in the center of Parma. A triumph of parmesan and typical local products. The Parma violet....a spectacle! Very kind and attentive staff. I really recommend it

It's a nice restaurant, but overall it was below my expectations. The food is nice but very standard and unfortunately does not offer a special taste. The little snacks we bought as a starter were successful and delicious. I especially liked the shrimp sauce. I found their ravioli very mediocre and a little tasteless. The dessert cream was very successful. Unfortunately, I found the charcuterie plates to be mediocre.

I ate pasta with sardines that made me go back to my grandmother's house for a few minutes in Ramacca (CT) and think that she was actually in the kitchen.
I'm giving you 4 stars because you took it off the menu. I would be happy to eat it again.

Happened by chance, at 2pm on Sunday. We were welcomed by the owner with extreme kindness and helpfulness. After having us sit in their bar located in front of the restaurant and having been entertained with an excellent glass of rose, we sat down to enjoy the delicacies of the kitchen. Rating: 10. Everything impeccable, excellent value for money.
