Food was amazing. Wine was delicious. Loved the atmosphere. Best part was Gina - she took amazing care of us all night! Highly recommend if you come to Parma!

Highly recommend this restaurant. We chose it because of the seafood heavy menu and it did not disappoint. We shared 3 courses and it was plentiful. We had the octopus with potatoes and pea puree, which was tender and so flavorful. We then had the black ravioli with shrimp. Again, lovely and not too heavy. Lastly we had the “sauteed” misto, which actually was steamed seafood in a clear plastic bag. Very delicious. Almost like a Bouillabaisse, but with Italian flair. It was delicious. The service was lovely and we enjoyed our evening. Reservations strongly recommended. We saw them turn people away.

Fantastic service and delicious seafood. I especially recommend the shrimp tartare. This restaurant is definitely worth a return visit and deserves to be included in the Michelin Guide again

On our return journey after two wonderful weeks in Tuscany with our motorhome, we stopped off in Parma to avoid driving the entire route in one go. This decision was absolutely perfect – that's how we discovered Ristorante La Forchetta. We had reserved an indoor table as we weren't sure what the weather would be like. Arriving under cloudless skies, we received a very friendly welcome and, upon request, were moved to the beautiful garden without hesitation. The food was simply sensational – perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. The wine selection was also outstanding. A particularly positive aspect: We were served by four different people, and all of them were equally warm, attentive, and competent. You immediately sense that the people here enjoy and are passionate about their work. For us, this dinner was a wonderful end to our trip. Many thanks to the entire team – we can truly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

We're a family of four, two children and two adults. This restaurant is truly the best. Of the over 20 restaurants we visited during this trip, it was by far the best. I want to go back. 1. The service is very friendly and professional. Even though we didn't have a reservation, they showed us to a good table with a smile. The menu was available in English. The wine list, which was also easy to navigate with QR codes, was also easy to understand. I asked for a wine recommendation, and they recommended a really good one. Both my wife and I were very satisfied, and my wife bought an extra bottle to take home. 2. The food is truly delicious. The olive oil and balsamic vinegar provided are exceptionally delicious compared to other restaurants. (This is the only restaurant where our family got bread twice.) The Parmesan cheese and prosciutto were paired with the famous balsamic glaze and honey, along with the recommended wine, which was fantastic. We ordered two seafood dishes, and they had the savory flavor we expect from seafood dishes. The cheese risotto was also incredibly balanced and easy on the palate, and our kids ate their plates clean. The Dolce was also excellent. 3. You'll feel like you're being treated with respect. The restaurant's atmosphere is elegant and classy, ​​and they even chilled the bottles, allowing you to savor them to the end. In conclusion, I think this is an excellent restaurant for the price.

abbiamo cenato ieri sera. servizio poco attento, e lento abbiamo dovuto chiedere piu volte l'attenzione dello staff. comunque tutto lo staff molto cortese devo dire. il pesto di cavallo buono, gli anolini avevo delle apettative forse troppo alte. agnello leggeremente duro.

Nous avions repéré une autre adresse où il n’y avait personne et nous nous sommes rabattus sur la Firchetta où 2 tables étaient occupées et nous n’avons pas regretté. Le prosciutto très bon et bien tranché, les aubergines parmigianes au top, un risotto très bien cuit et des pâtes au homard délicieuses avec un très bon vin blanc du Frioul. On n’a pas essayé les desserts, peut-être à tort. Un très beau service dans un environnement calme. Une très bonne adresse à Parme.
