Perfect! I have to, or rather I want to go back, perhaps more calmly, I was in a bit of a hurry, I "only" enjoyed the starter, first course and dessert..... I was struck by the very attentive service and the amazing desserts. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

I had the pleasure of having lunch at the La Forchetta restaurant in Parma, an experience that delighted the senses with a selection of local specialties. The tasting of cured meats, accompanied by Parmigiano Reggiano and fried pasta, was perfectly enhanced by an excellent local Malvasia wine. The service was impeccable, with a professional waiter who was able to advise with competence and courtesy. The entire staff was kind and welcoming. A recommended place for those seeking the authenticity and quality of Parma cuisine.

An excellent restaurant, whose chef is Sicilian. The dishes are refined and well presented. The service is elegant and present and the prices reasonable. A beautiful address just behind the magnificent Baptistery of Parma, in a charming little street.

A perfect lunch, thank you very much for the friendly service and good advice on wines, and then also and first of all for the refined and generous cuisine, there is talent and 'Love' in this cuisine.
Really a great address for a great experience of cuisine and Italy.
We tasted the excellent homemade olive oil and left with 3 bottles!
Looking forward to coming back.

Locale molto carino, curato nei minimi particolari così come i piatti che sono molto ben presentati oltre che buoni. Il personale è gentile e competente. Il cibo buono. Forse i prezzi sono un po' altini ma tutta questa ricercatezza ha il suo prezzo.

Fortemente consigliato dai parmigiani e dai parmensi,
la cucina è ricercata, il menu cambia in base alla stagione (raro per i ristoranti nella zona)
il personale è cordiale,
l'ambiente è intimo e raccolto, consiglio di prenotare.
ho mangiato un'inalata di carciofi e crostacei eccellente
peccato per il bagno, andrebbe riassettato durante la giornata(in ogni caso anche colpa della clientela)
