We had a good time, I ate well and therefore the review can only be of the same level. Good at enhancing the raw material. I liked the attention to detail in everything, being competent professionals. The price is slightly high but still in line with the offer.

Bellissimo locale, cura nei particolari e molto elegante. Siamo stati accolti dalla gentilezza e dolcezza di Tatiana che con molta professionalità ci ha dettagliato con cura il locale. Angrypig Birretta e Porchetta

10/08/2024: Well what can I say, when being yourself makes your work a marvel for both customers and the owner himself. Spontaneity and kindness are the main things and the owner is truly to be admired from this aspect, a true Roman as he should be. As for the food, it's really really good, the porchetta feels fresh and makes up the sandwich directly by cutting things on the spot. I recommend it, we left a small trace with a drawing. Go there, trust me.
07/08/2024: We went after leaving the museum, we were surprised that no one was there, but it was a good idea to stay. The paninis were delicious, we tried the porcheta and mortadella with pistachio pesto. They were really delicious and the owner was very kind to us.
