Top Top Top...definitely flawless. I have been frequenting the restaurant for a few years and, to date, I can only give it full marks from all points of view. Rating 10, no negative notes ever found. I recommend to EVERYONE who wants to spend a lunch or dinner in a 5 Michelin star restaurant.

Under a sky of flavours,
the dinner comes to life like an author's painting,
where each dish tells an emotion.
The carrot cream sits like silk on the lips,
warm and velvety, it caresses the soul
with the sweet echo of the earth,
while the prawns, toasted in the heat,
reveal the secret of the sea:
a salty kiss, a sigh of sea breeze,
that explodes fresh, light,
like the memory of a distant summer.
Then comes the octopus, sculpted by the embers,
every bite is a journey into the heart of the fire,
an explosion of strength and delicacy together.
The snow peas, crunchy like grass underfoot,
mix with the intense flavor of Sardinian pecorino,
that melts in your mouth like an ancient hug,
rich in history and sun,
a warmth that warms the chest.
Rice with porcini mushrooms,
like an autumn path among golden leaves,
envelops the palate with forest moods,
while the sea bass, just seared,
it makes its way elegantly between notes of sea and earth,
bringing with him the spiced wine,
a reduction of mulled wine that dances on the tongue,
leaving a memory of fire and sweetness.
The prawns, larded like a forbidden secret,
they melt in an explosion of flavor,
while the potato pie welcomes the palate
with its softness,
and the anchovy sauce awakens the senses
like a sudden laugh,
sharp and lively,
that leaves you breathless.
And then, like a final melody,
the panna cotta arrives,
so delicate that it almost seems to want to escape,
but it surrenders to the palate,
wrapping it with the sweet embrace of salted caramel,
and the reassuring scent of vanilla.
The gâteaux with its Sicilian candied fruit,
meets amaretto and white rum,
a dance of warm and fruity notes
that cradles you and transports you to distant lands,
while the final pastry,
crunchy and velvety,
closes the circle in a blaze of subtle sweetness,
like the memories of a perfect evening.
Every bite a journey,
every flavor a caress,
every perfume a memory
that remains suspended in the air,
like the smile of a child
who, with love, gives you not only a dinner,
but an experience that fills the heart.
