Errmano and family are beautiful people and have an amazing restaurant and food. The margarita lasagna is the best I have ever had, the rabbit and fried mushrooms are excellent and the truffles!!!!! Can’t recommend enough. We literally returned to Viano just to enjoy this family’s food and hospitality!!!

Sono andata a cena con la famiglia ed abbiamo ordinato dall'antipasto al dolce tutto cucinato in modo esemplare le materie prime ottime e nei piatti e trasmessa la passione che la gestione ha da tanti anni! Per completare il tutto aggiungiamo la gentilezza di tutto lo staff ! Inoltre prezzi onesti per la qualità delle materie! Consiglio vivamente! Unico neo che si fatica a trovare posto perché sempre pieni! Bravi!

Finalmente sono riuscita ad andare a cena con la mia famiglia dopo tante attese in questo ristorante perché sempre pieno ! Ho capito il motivo : penso che ormai sia difficile trovare un ristorante così . Partiamo dall’ ambiente confortevole e rilassante . Personale gentile e disponibile . Materia prima di eccelsa qualità e cucinata in modo sublime senza essere troppo pesante e unta . Tutto fatto rigorosamente in casa …. Penso sia difficile trovare tagliatelle o lasagne così . Un applauso a chi “tira la sfoglia “😁per me vi meritate un 10 ! Trovate un modo di portare avanti questa tradizione perché ormai siete più unici che rari !

Had a fantastic meal there. Great service, great local wine (the owners red Lambrusco), and amazing food. The mushroom lasagna was particularly good.

01/12/2024: Fantastic discovery, we went last night for the first time, upon entering we found ourselves in a very particular, young and well-kept environment, the interior is beautiful, but we reached the top with the food, all the dishes delicious, with raw materials sublime, I recommend the pasta and beans with fish, which seems like a gamble, but it's something spectacular and the tuna bombettes melted in your mouth, the young staff were kind and impeccable. Well done, we can't wait to return.
