Excellent restaurant. The first courses are mostly traditional Roman dishes, with a few extras. They have a wood-fired pizza oven. The service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Good value. Recommended.

Before the pandemic, it was an excellent option, offering excellent value for money. But the last few times we went, it went downhill. The service was inattentive, dry, the wait was excessive, the food from the set menu was terrible, the pasta was tough, and the sauces were unseasoned. Reflecting on the pre-pandemic era, we took friends to a cozy and delicious neighborhood restaurant, but it was a very bad experience: it took over an hour to be served, the pasta was tough, the sauces were bad, the service was rushed, and the dishes were difficult to explain! It seems like it doesn't matter whether you're a regular or not.

07/05/2025: The best dinner we had in Italy, period! Steak is a must.. Carbonara is the best! This restaurant is a little bit tucked away, but give it a try. It was very reasonably priced and no frill. You will love it!!!
13/04/2025: A very pleasant and delicious evening. An intimate and relaxing atmosphere. I go out for dinner to relax, chat, and eat well. My wife is a vegetarian. We had let them know, and they had prepared a special version of their appetizers. Everything exceeded my expectations in this decidedly pleasant Genzano setting.

01/10/2025: Excellent restaurant, but the prices are too high and I'm focusing only on this because it's the fundamental point, because considering both the location and the quality,....at this price you can go to many other places that are more worth it.
28/09/2025: One of the capital's most interesting Sicilian restaurants, where you can rediscover the unmistakable flavors of Palermo's cuisine. Among the many menu highlights, the Chitarre alla Julienne is a must-try: the chef's true signature dish and a delight for even the most discerning palate.
