I ate a good pizza. I would have preferred drier. In my opinion the dough should be more hydrated and more leavened. But I liked it in the end. The staff is kind. The place is welcoming.

The pizza is good, although I remember a lighter dough in the past. Furthermore, it would be desirable to also try using wholemeal flours given the enormous advantages from a health point of view.

Quiet place. Excellent food, we ate a bit of everything accompanied by an excellent Cannonau Rose wine, I would say five stars. The hosts, father and son, were professional and very kind. Highly recommended🤗

Ottimo locale spazioso e pulito che conosco da anni, due giorni fa ho organizzato una cena a base di pesce con colleghi e la cucina è stata eccellente compreso il dolce, il servizio perfetto, tutto nei tempi giusti, buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Una conferma da tenere presente per prossime occasioni conviviali

20/12/2024: It remains one of the best pizzerias in the northern province of Rome. And in fact gourmet pizzas are something unique, truly worth trying. But a little something has changed over the years: The most obvious aspect is the marked increase in prices, the most interesting pizzas are at €25/28 and in general the menu has all increased significantly. Then the attention to detail has waned a little, the cooking sometimes takes a little too long (perhaps just a little is enough because they are double-cooked pizzas). The place is nice and clean, the young staff is courteous and efficient.
18/12/2024: Pizza veramente eccezionale, lontana dai soliti schemi. Tutto ottimo, servizio altrettanto. Da provare assolutamente!
