We called the restaurant 35 minutes before closing on Valentines day, the friendly staff invited us to join anyway. Beautiful village scenery, well seasoned cuisine, friendly & professional staff. Gorgeous restaurant, great for family, friends, children and romantic couplings. We appreciate good cuisine and thought the food was absolutely delicious! I will definitely recommend Ristorante la Borsarella!

We attended a wedding at La Borsarella. The overall experience was positive: the food was good, and the service was attentive and friendly throughout the event.
The only area that could be improved was the aperitif buffet upon arrival, which was somewhat limited in terms of space. A suggestion would be to spread it across multiple tables, making the experience more seamless and enjoyable for all guests.
Overall, a good experience, with room for improvement in organizational details.

A restaurant just outside Mondovì, chosen for Christmas lunch (so not a good day to try a restaurant). Despite this, everything was fine: excellent location, large and easily accessible parking, farmyard in front of the establishment, clean, tidy, and decorated with well-crafted art installations. The interior is spacious, clean, and airy, with furnishings that blend in with the architectural complex. Knowledgeable staff, excellent cuisine and excellent service, and reasonable prices.
The only flaw (but it was Christmas!) was the limited gluten-free options for the first courses. Overall, highly recommended.

We were asked to curate a private event at this location and found it to be a welcoming, functional, and truly enjoyable environment. The spaces complement the scenography well, resulting in a clean, refined look. It's always a pleasure to work in such well-managed establishments.

A very welcoming and elegant restaurant, with a pleasant atmosphere and attention to detail. Truly excellent and beautifully presented food, friendly and attentive service. Excellent wine list and varied menu. I really appreciated the attention to vegetarian and gluten-free options, truly well done! Highly recommended!
