Stunning place. Truly unique location and view. Very efficient, courteous and capable staff. Every time I have had lunch I have been divinely good. Very recommended.

location: 8 facile da trovare grazie al insegna esposta sulla strada e ha un ampio parcheggio camera viola : 7 ampia camera ma con 2 grandi difetti, non è insonorizzata quindi si sente il rumore della strada (per fortuna di notte non passa nessuno) e dei vicini e il gradino vicino al letto, se fatto di fretta si rischia di sbattere la testa perché nel piano sopraelevato le assi di legno del tetto sono molto vicine al letto. servizi : possibilità di prenotare la spa con un supplemento di 30 euro a persona se dormite e 40 se venite da fuori cena 8: (se prenotate potete cenare o pranzare al ristorante con menù alla carta) c'è una bellissima vista panoramica sulla vallata e sulla pietra di bismantova, il servizio è abbastanza veloce e le pietanze molto buone (la pasta è tutta fatta in casa) colazione 7: non c'è un buffet ma un menù, si può ordinare tutto (cosa che abbiamo fatto noi per la prima colazione) prezzo 7: compreso nel prezzo c'è una colazione fai da te in camera, con un supplemento di 10 euro a persona al giorno si può fare la colazione alla carta di sotto

I wanted to compliment you because even though we hadn't booked on Easter Monday (two people), they made us sit in a wonderful corner in front of the bar and we had a wonderful lunch.... thanks guys, we'll be back soon

my uncle recommended this place to sleep and eat saying it was the best in the area and he was right. the room was very large with only one flaw, it was not soundproofed so you could hear the noises of both the street (fortunately no one passed by in the evening) and the neighbors. the hut is located in an excellent position for trekking lovers; at breakfast (they don't have a buffet but a menu, you can take everything that's written there) and at dinner we always ate at the restaurant, the food was really good and it has an excellent panoramic view of both the valley and the Bismantova stone. every time we return to the area we will come here to sleep and eat.

Everything downright PERFECT. The venison chops were delicious, truly the best I've ever eaten in my life, as was everything else. In fact, it is impossible not to mention at least the tagliatelle* with morel sauce (Morchella esculenta). For me it was the first time, but my sister and her relatives, being local, often go there, something that I will certainly repeat whenever I manage to come to the Reggio Emilia area in the future. "Only" 4 🌟 ⭐ 🌟 ⭐ solely because the water glasses smelled (almost certainly due to the "fault" of the dishwasher), quite strongly of refrescume, which was obviously quite unpleasant, also since unfortunately it also happened with the container just replaced. Very accurate and truly VERY professional service from the young dark-haired waiter, who also introduced us and offered us a very welcome amuse-bouche, that day based on polenta stuffed with cheese, mushrooms, sausage and agretti (friar's beard). Very clean location with attention to detail, literally surrounded by greenery. Breathtaking view, enviable to say the least, with a large window overlooking the famous Bismantova stone, also mentioned by Dante in his Purgatory. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. * It's quite funny that, while in other regions the asterisk usually corresponds to the entry "frozen product", here, in the august Emilia - and in any case in this exercise -, the same refers to the wonderful wording: "FRESH HOMEMADE PASTA". Top!

Location with fabulous views, elegant interior, high quality dishes but the quantities for what you pay are really poor.

Restaurant in a nice location, we only ate the first course and I have to say nothing exciting....perhaps more specialized in meat, the dessert very good.

Ristorante in tipico stile montano situato in una bellissima posizione con vista sulla Pietra di Bismantova. Locale pulito e accogliente con diverse sale prevalentemente finestrate sulle valli circostanti, in questo periodo innevate. Menu tradizionale della cucina reggiana di montagna nella media, servizio professionale non invadente ma un po' "freddo". Conto un po' sopra la media ma tutto sommato vale la pena andarci, tenuto conto anche della posizione invidiabile.
