Delicious fish and stracciatella risotto

We spent one night nearby in Menaggio. The hotel recommended this restaurant to us. We were also allowed to use the shuttle service (pick-up and drop-off to/from the hotel) free of charge. So we treated ourselves to two fantastic, different set menus, including drinks. It was a feast! There's nothing more to say – simply delicious. Right at the beginning, even before ordering, we were served fresh, warm bread straight from the oven. After dessert, we were presented with a whole bottle each of Thymicello and the house Amaro! We could drink as much as we wanted – free of charge. Seriously – where else do you find that? It's incredible. And yes, you can't drink the whole bottle – obviously, but that's not the point. The gesture and the trust shown are amazing! The service was also very friendly, efficient, and attentive, just like in a Michelin-starred restaurant! It couldn't have been better, and it didn't need to be. A definite recommendation.

Passing through with friends, we enjoyed this restaurant and ordered the tasting menu, which was very generous. We had a wonderful meal; the food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the view of the lake was lovely. We highly recommend it.

The sign, as seen from the road, doesn't do justice to the quality of the restaurant. Very good! Superb quality fish! Excellent fish baked in a salt crust and a lovely wine cellar with very good wines. Top-notch

We went with friends to eat ice cream. The experience was incredible! They made it for us right there in front of our table. With liquid nitrogen at -190 degrees! The whole shop was looking at us. I have no opinion about the food, we only ate ice cream. Impeccable service, next to the lake the view was incredible! For the spectacular ice cream the price was fine, around 15 euros per person, we were a group of 4 people. I recommend it...
