Don't let the small menu fool you – the food here is incredibly delicious! We opted for the €40 tasting menu and were blown away. The Lavender Panna Cotta was out of this world!

siamo tornati dopo qualche tempo a questo luogo classico ed antico di langa - da 105 anni della stessa famiglia. Abbiamo ritrovato tutto quanto amiamo di questo mondo. sobrieta'e semplicita', ma con le tovaglie bianche della tradizione alta qualita' dei cibi : insalata russa perfetta con i singoli componnti freschi, plin fatti a mano con ripieno saporito, tajarin perfetti, scelta di formaggi ottima servita con cugna' e miele speciale , vini molto centrati con ricarico onesto. servizio attento, cordiale, ottimamente cadenzato sui tempi. i nostri ocmplimenti sono sinceri e riconoscenti . unico aspetto che stona un poco e cozza con il quadro precedente e' la mancanza di cura e l'abbandono del giardino ...non se n e comprende il motivo...
