I gave 3 stars because the value for money isn't there. Very beautiful and suggestive location with a swimming pool directly on the lake, the bar behind it is very nice but the deckchairs in the pool are old and uncomfortable from the 80s. The hotel garden is fabulous and well cared for but the hotel toilet in the basement is dirty and smelly already at 11 in the morning. Furthermore, the standard rooms are really small, you can barely move. Uncomfortable and old mattress and in the duvet cover instead of a duvet a wool blanket. When a customer spends certain amounts these details are really unpleasant. Come on put more effort into it it's such a nice hotel in a potential location

We had some great days at this hotel. The biggest asset is the near location to Como and the lake with a stunning pool. It’s a bit pricey but other than that we’d definitely like to return 👌🏻

Nice, solid room, we were surprised to congratulate you on your birthday at breakfast, which was nice. Breakfast on the second day was disproportionately small compared to the previous day, there were not even forks, but the staff managed to smooth out the negative. The SPA is an uncultivated field for work, there is little space, only tea is served. Massage - the therapist was constantly distracted by the stopped music, which was not conducive to relaxation.

The hotel is good! Clean, bright rooms, it is possible to order breakfast (which I highly recommend doing - a large selection of dishes and a gorgeous view of the garden and mountains), friendly staff, and the presence of a spa. Of the minuses - I would like better cleaning of rooms during your stay and in the hammam - the presence of mold😔

Il ristorante è posto sulle rive del lago con una vista molto bella, movimentata dal passaggio dei battelli che rendono il paesaggio piacevole e romantico. La cameriera che ci ha servito era molto gentile, attenta a dare tutte le spiegazioni necessarie ed a seguire ogni richiesta, oltre a sincerasi se tutto procedesse per il meglio. Brava e professionale. Purtroppo la nota dolente è proprio nel cibo. Studiato con assemblaggi di prodotti spesso eterogenei e slegati per formare una pietanza, pretenziosi e non gustosi, sicuramente non degli di un ristorante segnalato da Michelin.
