We had some great days at this hotel. The biggest asset is the near location to Como and the lake with a stunning pool. It’s a bit pricey but other than that we’d definitely like to return 👌🏻

Nice, solid room, we were surprised to congratulate you on your birthday at breakfast, which was nice. Breakfast on the second day was disproportionately small compared to the previous day, there were not even forks, but the staff managed to smooth out the negative. The SPA is an uncultivated field for work, there is little space, only tea is served. Massage - the therapist was constantly distracted by the stopped music, which was not conducive to relaxation.

The hotel is good! Clean, bright rooms, it is possible to order breakfast (which I highly recommend doing - a large selection of dishes and a gorgeous view of the garden and mountains), friendly staff, the presence of a spa. Of the minuses - I would like better cleaning of the rooms during the stay and in the hammam - the presence of mold😔
