Excellent helpful and courteous service

I stayed in this hotel, what can I say, everything was beautiful. the rooms are large and very clean, breakfast and lunch delicious and plentiful, staff very professional, friendly and kind. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.

Spacious and very clean room, a set of towels were missing since there were 3 of us (a couple and a girl), confusing restaurant, good dishes and raw materials but they served us with a lot of waiting and little attention, the girl at the reception was very polite and kind

I was in this hotel just for one day Couple months ago and I will come back again. The room was very clean and modern. Came late at night and left early in the morning. The front desk person was super nice and everything was ready for me the coffee and The breakfast. Excellent service!

Seconda visita, sempre in famiglia, in questo ristorante degno di nota. Accolti dal sorriso di Francesco, ci siam accomodati nella sala interna. Abbia scelto anche oggi il menù alla carte. Ottima e varia l’offerta dei piatti, ottima la scelta delle bollicine (noi siam andati su un franciacorta su consiglio del buon maître Francesco). Iniziato con del crudo di pesce. Poco da aggiungere. Bellissima la presentazione, freschissimo il pesce. A seguire dei ravioli con ripieno di burrata (NON RICORDO DI AVERNE MANGIATI DI PIU BUONI), e degli strascinati con porcini. Deliziosi, scenografici e delicatissimi al palato. Un secondo, con dei contorni, sempre di pesce ed anche qui design perfetto e freschezza totale ritrovata nel piatto. Nemmeno in una singola occasione ho dovuto versarmi la bollicina, il personale è stato sempre presente a curare ogni minimo dettaglio al tavolo, non ostante la sala fosse al completo. Tornare dopo mesi a casa, e trovare finalmente eccellenze culinarie del genere, fa davvero piacere. Il lavoro fatto dal gestore e dal personale (tutto) va semplicemente encomiato. Lo consiglio vivamente, non solo per il sushi, ma lo raccomando vivamente per le pietanze della proposta del menù a la carte. Complimenti a tutto il team di sala, capitanato dal buon Francesco, ed a tutto lo staff della cucina. 5 stelle meritate.

Consigliatissimo Abbiamo pranzato a base di sushi e devo dire che tutto era buonissimo e presentato molto bene . Sicuramente torneremo quando saremo in zona perché merita non solo per il cibo ma anche per il personale gentile e altamente professionale . Bravi !
