The hotel is in an ideal location. Our room and restaurant overlook the lake! The rooms are of an average standard, cleaned daily, and clean. Very friendly staff and delicious breakfasts are available. Guests can enjoy the bar and restaurant. Private parking is available for guests. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel, for the price, doesn't live up to expectations. It's old and unrefined, though clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's worth it for the location, but for me, it doesn't justify the price.

Great location right on the shores of Lake Como, with a boat dock right in front of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful, and the breakfast restaurant overlooks the lake. Motorcycle parking is available in the courtyard, which is locked at night.

The hotel has a great location and nice staff. Breakfast is included with a nice assortment, however there is no other food serverd here for lunch or dinner. The spa is quaint but only has a sauna and steam room. Perfect for a couple of nights and everything is walking distance.

The hotel is supposedly renovated, but in my opinion, it lacked a designer's touch. The furniture in both the restaurant and the rooms completely doesn't match the style of the rooms. Room cleaning also requires more attention. Breakfast is sufficient, and the view from the restaurant is priceless. The major drawbacks include the ineffective air conditioning. Fortunately, it wasn't too hot, so it was bearable.

07/09/2025: We celebrated our wedding on September 6, 2025, in a special atmosphere. The staff was fresh, young, and highly competent, and the event organization was impeccable. Everything took place in a stunning location surrounded by greenery, while also respecting the privacy required for an important event like a wedding. The staff deserves special praise; they accompanied us from the first taste of the cuisine, to the creation of the wedding menu, and the attention to every detail, as well as providing perfect service on our most special day. I also tried the pool service and its restaurant this summer; the price and quality are unmatched by any other pool or beach resort in the area. A special mention goes to Mr. Walter; it's not easy to run a business in this impeccable manner these days. I encourage people to appreciate what we have right next to home; places like La Casupola can probably be counted on one hand these days!
