The hotel has a great location and nice staff. Breakfast is included with a nice assortment, however there is no other food serverd here for lunch or dinner. The spa is quaint but only has a sauna and steam room. Perfect for a couple of nights and everything is walking distance.

The hotel is supposedly renovated, but in my opinion, it lacked a designer's touch.
The furniture in both the restaurant and the rooms completely doesn't match the style of the rooms.
Room cleaning also requires more attention.
Breakfast is sufficient, and the view from the restaurant is priceless.
The major drawbacks include the ineffective air conditioning. Fortunately, it wasn't too hot, so it was bearable.

The hotel is located directly on Lake Como. The rooms are simply furnished, but nothing is damaged and very clean. There's nothing to complain about at breakfast either, there's enough choice and something for everyone. The staff is very friendly and accommodating! There is also a free parking lot at the hotel.
