A surprising discovery! Delicious dishes, excellent raw materials, exceptional service. My wife has celiac disease and for all the dishes they managed to give her excellent alternatives. All the waiters were of rare kindness and professionalism. One of the things that surprised us were the appetizers and the orange and basil sorbet. An experience to be had at an absolutely fair price.

In the perfectly integrated complex of the Staffarda Abbey, in the heated rooms with large fireplaces, you can eat like a nobleman. The restaurant is taken care of down to the smallest details, everything is perfect. Space, comfortable tables, curious provisions, nothing is left to chance. Attentive, efficient, friendly and professional staff. Excellent cellar. Attention to local products cooked with imagination and taste, at the top of the category. Fixed menu with a couple of alternatives, abundant dishes always with taste, like the copper saucepan that keeps the heat and allows you to take the quantity you like. The choice to limit the dishes and the fixed menu are probably the basis for having top service, quality and a reasonable price. To return.

We were there today, good restaurant, In my opinion there is the right quality/price ratio. 90% satisfied. I didn't give 5 only because the dishes could be better explained. After 6 years we returned to the Il Sigillo restaurant and I can only say everything is top!

I have had lunch in this place several times and recently also had dinner, the place is very characteristic located in the complex of ancient houses of the famous Staffarda Abbey, a very beautiful location, the cuisine is discreet.

Era già da un po' che non andavo al Sigillo... E poi ieri sera a cena con cinque coppie di amici tutti fuori zona. (Rimasti entusiasti) Ricevuti con gentilezza e cortesia, fatti accomodare in saletta. Mangiato e bevuto divinamente! Prezzo giusto. Al pagamento offerto digestivo. Veramente l'eccellenza a partire dalla location all'organizzazione, alla cortesia e non per ultimo alla ristorazione. Grazie Alberto e al suo staff per averci fatti stare benissimo!!

Il ristorante è all'interno del perimetro della storica Abbazia di Staffarda, nella pianura cuneese ma a poca distanza dalle montagne. Non mancano i riferimenti alle peculiarità della zona, a partire dall'aperitivo servito in bicchieri alti e stretti inseriti in buchi su pezzi di pietra di Barge, paese a poca distanza. Il menù inizia con tre antipasti, poi si scelgono tra 3-4 diversi piatti un primo e un secondo e il dolce. Tutto molto buono, solo la tagliata non mi ha completamente soddisfatto. Servizio ottimo e prezzo più che onesto. Raccomandato.
