A revelation in every sense. It's located within the complex of Staffarda Abbey, one of the most fascinating medieval monasteries in Piedmont. It's a feast for the eyes and the palate. The setting is steeped in history and tradition, and the atmosphere is warm and evocative. Today I celebrated my mother's birthday here with some friends: the food was excellent and the products were of the highest quality. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive to every need. What can I say? We'll definitely be back!

I'd like to give this restaurant 6 stars. It was created from spaces adjacent to Staffarda Abbey, so it offers both history and modern services and tasteful furnishings. A special mention goes to the ladies serving tables, who were incredibly kind (even to our dog). For lunch today, we opted for the 4-course tasting menu, featuring traditional dishes revisited with skill and innovation. The price was more than fair. We were truly satisfied.
