I'd like to give this restaurant 6 stars. It was created from spaces adjacent to Staffarda Abbey, so it offers both history and modern services and tasteful furnishings. A special mention goes to the ladies serving tables, who were incredibly kind (even to our dog). For lunch today, we opted for the 4-course tasting menu, featuring traditional dishes revisited with skill and innovation. The price was more than fair. We were truly satisfied. Excellent restaurant, you eat very well, and they have a great selection of wines, recommended for events and also for a lunch or dinner with friends. The service is very efficient, fast and friendly. Recommended

Stunning location, restaurant located inside the abbey. Excellent food, fresh and quality seasonal products. The service composed of young staff is very professional and attentive. Dishes are well prepared and well presented.

We were there on Saturday for lunch, there were about twenty of us. I personally complimented the owners because we ate very well, the entire staff is very kind and very professional. The premises are very beautiful, welcoming and with surprising attention to detail.

22/10/2025: A more than positive experience, given that the boiled meat was excellent, the service excellent, and the atmosphere relaxed. A fixed-price menu featuring your specialties (boiled meat, raw meat, and Russian salad) would be appreciated. Thank you, anyway.
20/10/2025: Carrù is the home of the fatted ox... so meat reigns supreme... but so do classic Piedmontese specialties, from starters to desserts... a must-see... book early, as it often sells out.
