A truly unforgettable little restaurant for the exquisite food and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff... Excellent home cooking, I regret not having photographed the dishes. The price was also excellent. We stumbled upon it on the recommendation of a nurse at the INI Canistro clinic not far from the restaurant. Excellent advice, I'd say, and I recommend it too... if we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back...

We were truly satisfied with the professionalism, the management, and especially the cuisine. The lady who manages the tables is helpful and, above all, serious about recommending the portion sizes, so you eat just the right amount, don't waste anything, and, above all, spend what you deserve. I've saved the phone number in my address book, because we'll definitely be back at the first opportunity. Thanks to all the family staff 🙏

19/10/2025: Small, family-run restaurant. A few dishes, but very good. Prices are slightly high but acceptable. They might be a bit of a problem if you have a dog and it's not very quiet.
19/10/2025: We discovered La Foce during a stroll through the heart of Scanno, and immediately felt at home. We tried the cazzellitti con le fuoja (a type of pasta) and the sagnette con i fagioli (a type of pasta with beans): extraordinary dishes, prepared with such care and love that you can taste in every bite. Everything is homemade and cooked to order, a true culinary experience! The atmosphere is warm and familiar, the owners were extremely kind and welcomed us with great warmth. It's clear that a tradition is being carried on here with passion and dedication. We were delighted and can't wait to return. A must-see for anyone visiting Scanno who wants to enjoy authentic local cuisine.

18/08/2025: We had a truly wonderful time! The food was excellent, from the appetizer to the first course to the main course, all cooked to perfection. The place has a special charm: we went in August, and thanks to a sudden thunderstorm, there was a fireplace lit where the meats were grilling… the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, truly charming. The service was efficient and courteous. My only complaint was one waitress who was a bit shy and couldn't bring herself to smile, but it was clear that it was shyness, not rudeness. In any case, an excellent experience in every way. We'll definitely be back!
