We went for a baptism. Everything was excellent, obviously the fixed menu, but I was satisfied with the variety of dishes and flavors, including the "typical" and "homemade" ones.
The stuffed pasta dishes and the porcini mushroom and truffle sauce were excellent.
They made special considerations for celiacs and vegetarians. Well done.

We visited the Santa Maria restaurant with a German tour group and were absolutely delighted. The outstanding quality of the food deserves special mention – from the appetizers to the dessert, everything was simply divine.
The friendly and attentive staff went to great lengths to clearly explain the dishes and recommendations, which we greatly appreciated.
The value for money is also excellent. All in all, a truly wonderful culinary experience – we wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

After a very long time, I'm back to review a restaurant... where I've finally rediscovered the atmosphere of a family-friendly, quiet place where you eat truly well—simple, delicious, and carefully prepared food. Congratulations to all the staff and management of this restaurant. See you soon.

On my way to L'Aquila, I chose this place on Maps for lunch, and I have to say the average rating is spot on.
The dining room is a bit retro but well-kept, and they have an outdoor area that they set up when the weather permits. The bathrooms are clean.
We had two first courses: I had a fettuccine with veal ragù, well-seasoned and tasty, and my wife had a sort of cappellacci (I don't remember the name), which were simply amazing.
The portions were generous, so we finished with a portion of sautéed vegetables, a melt-in-the-mouth tart, both very good, and two coffees.
A very friendly and pleasant young man served us, and the owner was equally friendly.
The bill was more than fair, despite the verbal menu, which I usually dislike, coming in at just over €30 in total.
We had such a good time that we'll be heading back from Naples to try more.

These are the places I love... friendliness, professionalism, and authenticity. Recommended by my friend Roberto, I found an elegant setting where travertine dominates, the owner welcomed us with a smile, and the fettuccine carbonara was divine, 175 grams of deliciousness.
We struggled a bit to get there, but it was worth it.

Truly an excellent restaurant.
🅿️Located near the Civitella Roveto station, although there's not much parking outside, there's plenty of parking a few hundred meters away.
🪑The location is typical for this type of restaurant: very clean, well-kept, and warm (the indoor climate is excellent even in the dead of winter).
The indoor dining rooms are large and well-distanced, despite the busy Sunday lunch season.
🍝Lastly, the food...superb!
We had a classic appetizer with very good quality ingredients.
Two first courses, fettuccine and agnolotti, both of which we opted for a porcini mushroom and truffle sauce. Excellent ingredients, truly good pasta, and generous portions.
The main course and side dish options were also plentiful and tasty, but we couldn't get one because we were so full... maybe next time! ☺️
📝Excellent service, young waiter (Dario/Diego?!?)...fast, precise, attentive, very helpful, and always courteous and smiling.
🌟A truly excellent restaurant with quality products, good cuisine that showcases local produce...and last but not least, the price is really good for the quality and quantity of products served.

A colleague recommended this restaurant to us. It's excellent for the quality of the food and the courtesy and kindness of Mrs. Assunta. To say it was excellent is an understatement. We ordered tortelloni with ricotta, spinach, truffle, and porcini mushrooms. For our main course, we had lamb, tagliata, and potatoes—a delight for the palate and the eye. Compliments to Mrs. Assunta and chef Anna, people from a time gone by who are the foundation of this restaurant, driven by passion, professionalism, and kindness.

A welcoming and rustic place, with home-style cuisine bursting with flavor and texture. A wonderful evening spent with friends here, where we enjoyed agnolotti with mushrooms and truffles, chitarrina pasta with tomato sauce, spectacularly cooked roast lamb, and a steak. The price was fully in line with the amount consumed, and the service was attentive and never intrusive.
