We were in Gallipoli for a walk and, on the recommendation of a local friend, we stopped at Rubino for dinner. We were welcomed by the kind and smiling owner and waiters, in a pleasant atmosphere (we sat at the tables in the air-conditioned interior—perfect for us, with a small child). We ordered a fish menu and other fish dishes and loved everything! :) The dishes were balanced in flavor and portions! We especially enjoyed the fried fish, light and crispy! We will definitely recommend Rubino ourselves :)

A lovely discovery in the heart of Gallipoli. Among so many touristy and crowded restaurants, this trattoria struck us with its traditional, genuine, and authentic cuisine. The staff was kind and attentive, offering a truly warm welcome: they even offered us simple yet delicious crostini, made with local olive oil. My husband and I came to Gallipoli out of curiosity, and this experience made us appreciate a more authentic side of the city, made of local flavors and small touches that often get lost amidst the crowds and tourism.

I went last night with a group of friends for an aperitif. Impeccable service and excellent food. Paired with a tasting of high-quality wines! The owner, Silvia, welcomed us warmly and gave us expert advice. We'll definitely be back!

We met by chance for dinner after searching for gluten-free options, which unfortunately can be tricky in Gallipoli when looking for something AIC certified. Silvia, the manager, welcomed us immediately with professionalism. She immediately informed us of the possibility of gluten-free options, ensuring maximum attention to cross-contamination. It's clear that in these cases you have to trust, but Silvia instilled a lot of it. My daughter, who ordered a gluten-free burger, was thrilled! We also enjoyed the rest: excellent fried food, although a bit too predictable because it consists of the classic shrimp and squid. I recommend the octopus with potatoes, which melted in your mouth.

An excellent experience. A warm and welcoming atmosphere, where you feel at home and enjoy being served with professionalism and courtesy. Impeccably clean, the cuisine is top-quality, with the freshest seafood. The linguine with scampi was simply delicious, with all the aroma and flavor of the sea. A special thanks to the owner, Silvia, who with discretion, kindness, and attention ensured everything was perfect. Congratulations to all the staff, we will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
