Ristorante Il Rubino In Modena

We were in Gallipoli on a tour of Sardinia and had dinner at this typical restaurant. Everything was delicious, and we had excellent service. I recommend everyone visit Gallipoli and stop at this truly interesting restaurant.

We visited Rubino restaurant in Gallipoli while trekking in Salento; it's an excellent place for a seafood dinner. The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming, suitable for both couples and friends. The seafood is fresh, well-cooked, and carefully presented. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'd say it's a solid choice for quality seafood in the city.

I've had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant several times, and I can only confirm that it was a fantastic experience, both culinary and personal. Had dinner last night with a Walden Viaggi Solidali trekking group. The restaurant was, of course, CHOSEN BY OUR GUIDE. Everything was excellent, and the dinner was seafood-based: an excellent appetizer with superb cod, tagliolini with sweet prawns, and truly exquisite fried fish! The local wine that accompanied the dinner was excellent, recommended by the owner, a wine and olive oil sommelier. What more can I say? Unforgettable and highly recommended. Thank you! Emanuela

RUBINO is a corner of Gallipoli where I love to stop alone or with friends to enjoy exquisite seafood dishes. Fine cuisine and amazing wines. All topped off with Silvia's kindness and attention to detail. I highly recommend it to tourists like me and to locals 👍👏👏👏🌹

This place can only be described as excellent. I had a seafood and meat aperitif accompanied by a glass of Echoes DOC red wine.

A truly excellent restaurant, where you can discover traditional Salento flavors paired with excellent wines, guided by welcoming and friendly staff. The octopus with potatoes was impeccable, as was the rest of the cuisine. The central location might mislead you into thinking it's a "tourist" restaurant, but that's definitely not the case. It's top-notch and definitely recommended! Well done!!!
