For me it remains an institution of Piedmontese food. The starters are always good, the wine is excellent, the boiled meat is excellent, the bath is superb. I hadn't been there for a long time, I came back on my way to work, I'd go back tomorrow.... Well done!

As soon as I entered I realized it was the right place, a welcome from times gone by and without saying a word they started bringing appetizers and dishes of unique goodness. Highly recommended, unfortunately taken by appetite and goodness I didn't take too many photos. If you have a dog, know that it is welcome here.

Compared to a few years ago, €40.00 for a business lunch seems a bit excessive to me. It was very famous for the mixed boiled meat on the trolley, disappointment only the head, cotechino and boiled meat already set, probably reheated... Too bad!!!

17/08/2024: A magical courtyard, unique atmosphere and incredibly friendly priorities and surprise you. Spaces cared for to perfection and superlative food, local products cooked in a divine way by Francesca, hostess and undisputed queen of her cuisine. Ettore and Elvira will pamper you in the dining room. In short, one of those places you fall madly in love with.
16/08/2024: A peaceful stay (how nice, the rooms don't have TV!) immersed in a romantic panorama among vineyards and hills. A lot of courtesy and breakfasts that... then there's no lunch!
