Normally we don't quickly write a Google review, but for this perfect evening we are happy to do so. The hostess was fantastic, the food was very good and the atmosphere was incredibly good. To return.

The restaurant enjoys a wonderful location, and you can eat on the large terrace overlooking the Valtellina. Very attentive, precise and punctual service. I expected a little more from the food, which is still very pleasant. The menu has both traditional and extravagant options. Consistent prices, perhaps slightly overestimated for some dishes

Let's start with the description.
Dinner above a vineyard and I said it all.
Stunning location, delicious menu, I ate there two nights in a row and it was a better evening than the previous one.
Very kind and friendly staff.
If I lived here I think I would eat here every day

Stunning place, delicious food and brilliant staff.
I went for lunch on August 15th and everything was delicious.
The grilled Tzigeuner then...a superlative delicacy!

Il Poggio is a classy restaurant with a magical view (even better if you book a table on the external veranda). We ate divinely. The service is fast, friendly and professional.

Il Poggio was a very pleasant surprise both for the breathtaking view and for the excellent and balanced dishes. We started with a good appetizer, Delizie del Poggio, then the first courses of blueberry gnocchi, orzotto with casera, speck and porcini mushrooms, ravioli stuffed with game with parmesan fondue and mushrooms. All very balanced and full of flavour.
The meat we tried was tzigoiner (meat rolled on a stick), very tender and good, accompanied by potatoes and green beans.
Courteous and precise service. My count is perhaps a tad high but you have to try at least once.

What a fantastic find!
We had lunch today at this restaurant we found by chance and we will be back very soon. Beautiful location, with attention to every detail and with breathtaking views!
We ate all the courses from starters to desserts and they were all excellent! Each dish is carefully prepared and made with excellent raw materials! Perfect service; Alessia the very good owner. Spectacular wine cellar. We also purchased take-away wines at really advantageous prices!
Thanks to Alessia and her husband Mauro, simple people who make you feel at home!

Meraviglioso ristorante, tranquillo con una vista sulla valle che ti rimette in pace con il mondo. Personale molto attento al cliente e gentilissimo. La loro specialità sono i piatti Valtellinesi, ma è tutto molto buono. Ogni volta che vengo in Valtellina faccio sempre una puntata in questo ristorante.
