Playful with expert understanding and use of flavours. This was definitely one of the better one star Michelin food experiences. Stunning location. In the end just a couple of moments short of perfect all around.

Il Pievano ci ha letteralmente rubato il cuore. Il Mister Hyde con noi ha davvero preso il sopravvento ed ha scalato e soppiantato tutti i 16 ristoranti stellati che abbiamo collezionato fin ora con un connubio vincente di tecnica, contrasti, sorprese, gioco e idee di packaging così forte, da renderne difficile il racconto. È stato il massimo, sarà dura eguagliare.

30/11/2024: The pinsa is always delicious, this place is a guarantee! Service young and fast but not always courteous. Menu with QR code but there is no line inside, they give you wifi but it doesn't always work...

21/10/2024: Friendly service. We were a little too early to eat, but we were able to get something to drink anyway. Food was ok. Atmosphere could be better. Music was too loud.
