The concept of the relais is very beautiful, you feel like you are in a royal country estate, it has a beautiful swimming pool and the common interiors are very well looked after. What made people turn up their noses was the maintenance and cleanliness of the room. On the bedside table there was a half-drunk bottle of still water. The bathroom should be cleaned and maintained better: -the sink plug was stuck inside the pipe and you could see the dirt; -the tub was ruined by some acid like Mr Muscle and in fact the drain was a bit slow -taps full of limestone A shame to fall for such simple and obvious things as cleanliness, because the place and the view really deserve so much.

Relaxation, nature, tranquility and kindness, in addition to the enchanting and evocative panorama. The village is very clean and quiet, the staff is kind and attentive to the needs and requests of the customer... both swimming pools are large and clean, overlooking the Umbrian hills, a fabulous sunset, the restaurant is a little expensive, but the food is excellent. I would only improve the breakfast, adding a few more typical local products, but nevertheless excellent and plentiful overall. Large, clean and fragrant rooms, I would add something extra in the minibar in the room.

Place surrounded by greenery in total relaxation.. Just a few problems with the rooms upon our arrival but resolved by the staff in particular by Mr. Enrico, a very nice and knowledgeable person.. The cleanliness of the low level rooms and the restaurant which does not reflect the fees of the structure with a very limited choice. Overall good structure.

The hotel is beautiful, housed in a castle with lots of authentic items, simply charming and a real experience. A castle, a fun experience. The air conditioner did not work, the faucet in the bathroom and the drainage needs improvement. The price is excellent for the value. The location is remote, not all the road is lit at night, you need an experienced driver, but with a car it is very possible.

Beautiful panorama but 5 kilometers away from the road. Two small notes: the tub shower should be cleaned every now and then with the viakal and when hosting customers with dogs it would be preferable to tell them to put them on the floor rather than holding them in the breakfast room at table height where the food is displayed.

Wonderful place to unwind. Very kind and efficient staff. Personally, I find it expensive to have paid 7 euros for a drop of bitters

The steep road to access is compensated by the immersion in a village from other times, a medieval castle. The place is isolated and enjoys a wonderful view. I recommend the room with balcony. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. The restaurant is a panoramic candlelit terrace. The cuisine is excellent and convenient compared to the beauty of the location. Amazing, deserves 10 stars

23/07/2024: We discovered this restaurant by chance during our holiday in Umbria in the period of April 25th... And it has become a fixed stop for three dinners! Exquisite food, we particularly recommend the penne alla norcina! The pizzas are also good. Good quality and price ratio! Friendly staff. In particular we thank the welcoming and helpful landlady. Highly recommended!!!!😃

The day I traveled to Assisi, it was very hot, and I happened to have some spare time on the train, so I looked for a place to rest near the train station and found it. This is a place that sells yogurt ice cream and has a variety of toppings and options so you can enjoy it to your taste. The store is small, but there was no problem taking a break. If you come to Assisi, it's right near the train station, so if you like yogurt, it would be a good idea to visit. ----- I didn't expect it, but I ate it deliciously. When I traveled to Assisi, it was very hot, and I found it while looking for a place to rest near the train station because I also had some free train time. It's place that sells yogurt ice cream, and there are a lot of toppings and options, so you can eat it as you like. The store is rather small, so there was no problem taking a short break. If you've come on a trip to Assis, it's right near the train station, so if you like yogurt, you'd better visit.
26/05/2024: Excellent yogurt with fruit, friendly, fast staff, it also has a few tables to sit on.
