Siamo stati in questo ristorante con mia moglie e i miei figli devo dire ho trovato un ristorante perfetto......dall accoglienza del titolare al servizio dei camerieri .....titolare attento a ogni minimo dettaglio e cura del cliente..... Tagliatelle ottime fatte a mano con un ragu eccellente .....tagliata per I miei figli veramente ottima ...poi per completare un ottima crema di mascarpone ......per chi uole passare una serat in famiglia e il posto giusto lo consiglio

Consiglio di assaggiare assolutamente il balanzone, che è compreso anche all’interno del “ tris Moro”. E se non siete ancora soddisfatti, un bel nodino di vitello con asparagi. Probabilmente uscite dal ristorante rotolando, ma soddisfatti! 😀

We came back here on the last evening of our stay. the green totolini with pestachio and permesan sauce is awesome. Very well located restaurant in a car-free pedestrian zone, very nice atmosphere. They speak English and gave a very good recommendation. The food is just as good. If you don't drink alcohol, order a bottle of water with lemon slices and you can make your own lemon water, very refreshing. There is also a sparkling white wine (Pinioletto) from the area, which I would particularly recommend in summer.

We were there for dinner a few days ago, good food, nice environment, the only flaw was a waiter who allowed himself to make tasteless jokes.

Very good restaurant, we started with a great artichoke salad and then with the "tris moro" specialty. We changed the tortellini gialli, for the tagliatelli bolognese and each pasta had a specific taste. The bolognese sauce is basically meat based and not saucy with tomatoes like it is in the USA, the tortellini neri al tartufo is very flavourful with a suttle taste of trufle, the balanzone was a great surprise and super tasty. In general, they serve great tasting pasta! 5* excellent 4* very good 3* good 2* It's not worth it 1* Don't even think about it

Pane e Vino..al Bettolino

09/12/2024: I had a great time, because I love the atmosphere of an old-time tavern or trattoria. Everything is genuine, just the way I like it, including the innkeeper and the German shepherd. The food is good, the house wine reminds me of the one made by my uncle, excellent friggione, tigelle pesto and tagliatelle. I'll be back!!!
05/12/2024: What can I say? Il Bettolino is that classic place where you can eat characteristic dishes with super quality at a fair price! We have been frequenting it for several years and we have had the opportunity to taste many dishes, all really excellent, plus Valentino is an extremely kind and helpful person!

18/08/2024: Min søster og jeg fik øje på denne hyggelige restaurant en aften vi gik rundt i Bologna. Det ser så hyggeligt ud om aftenen. Vi valgte at vende tilbage dagen efter og spise aftensmad. Vi bestilte hver en pastaret og delte en tiramisu. Virkelig lækkert og anbefalelsesværdigt. Gode priser og venlige medarbejdere. Kort efter vi fik bord var restauranten fyldt. Så det kan være en god ide at bestille bord.
01/08/2024: Alright. Nothing very delicious. All right. The glasses are not very thin. The pleasant atmosphere.
