What a great place, location, and service. Highly recommended

Excellent value for money, wonderful sea view. I recommend eating out on nice days (even in winter), because it's worth it. Small off-topic criticism: the bathrooms... given the quality of the place, they would need greater attention to appearance and cleanliness.

And we need more stars! We returned there yesterday for lunch, after years of not being able to find a seat, and we found everything fantastic: starting from the fact that we hadn't booked but, although the métre had told me that they were fully booked, he was sensitive to my disappointed expression and found a perfect solution (it was early and a table was booked for much later); then a table overlooking the sea in the sun as we hoped (perfect day). I ate a sea bass flan with a citrus sauce that I can only describe as sublime, and a risotto with lemon cream, shrimp and pine nuts, delicious. My husband was also very satisfied with the sautéed mussels and the spaghetti alla pirate, as big as he likes them. I must add that few restaurants have such well organized service. If I really have to find a small flaw it concerns the selection of desserts, as there were the classic spoon desserts, but I would have liked something more structured, such as a dessert based on shortcrust pastry or puff pastry. But it's not important anyway, considering the pleasant experience.

The restaurant is located along the Porto S. Stefano promenade overlooking the sea. Furnished in a nautical style, it offers the possibility of having lunch outdoors, not recommended for left-wing residents as dream boats are often moored there. The specialty is fish honored in every possible way the quality is of the best, unfortunately I cannot make a price/quality comparison since we were guests of friends.

The seafood pasta (I had tortellini con sugo di orata) was amazing, the polpo e patate salad very very good and the service fantastic.

We have been there six times in a row, the Moletto is our favorite restaurant, the best in the Argentario!

My girlfriend and I had dinner a few evenings ago on a Friday, there are some plastic tables outside, a slightly precarious table but next to it there is another more stable table for the wine. You are literally on the pier in Porto Santo Stefano, a suggestive view and position. Spaghetti with clams average but good, pasta with cuttlefish very good, fried fish good, good for two people, fresh mussels and clams. Friendly and helpful waiter. Average prices considering the place and the fact that it is fish.
