Historic restaurant in Porto Santo Stefano in a magnificent position, on the port with a view of the town. The food is good, not as amazing as the location. Lemon risotto and grilled fish are worth it though.

Simply the perfect restaurant, very friendly staff, there is no more beautiful location, family atmosphere of the restaurant next door, simple and varied cuisine.
I recommend the spaghetti alla Pirata but everything is good.
Finally, the Titamisu is amazing, a highly recommended place.

Excellent quality dishes and fresh raw materials. Hospitality and friendliness are the setting for a wonderful location. Every time I return to Tuscany it is an obligatory stop.

Excellent value for money, wonderful sea view. I recommend eating out on nice days (even in winter), because it's worth it.
Small off-topic criticism: the bathrooms... given the quality of the place, they would need greater attention to appearance and cleanliness.

And we need more stars!
We returned there yesterday for lunch, after years of not being able to find a seat, and we found everything fantastic: starting from the fact that we hadn't booked but, although the métre had told me that they were fully booked, he was sensitive to my disappointed expression and found a perfect solution (it was early and a table was booked for much later); then a table overlooking the sea in the sun as we hoped (perfect day).
I ate a sea bass flan with a citrus sauce that I can only describe as sublime, and a risotto with lemon cream, shrimp and pine nuts, delicious. My husband was also very satisfied with the sautéed mussels and the spaghetti alla pirate, as big as he likes them. I must add that few restaurants have such well organized service. If I really have to find a small flaw it concerns the selection of desserts, as there were the classic spoon desserts, but I would have liked something more structured, such as a dessert based on shortcrust pastry or puff pastry. But it's not important anyway, considering the pleasant experience.
