Ristorante il gabbiano In Milano

A very rustic and welcoming place in the Lambrate area. We went to this little restaurant for a birthday and had a great time. We had pizzas and pasta dishes, and everyone was very happy with their choice. We tried a mixed platter of cured meats and cheeses, not a huge selection, but very good. To accompany it, they brought us a really good fried gnocco and grilled vegetables, which we weren't entirely satisfied with, perhaps because they weren't very fresh. The staff was very friendly, although perhaps they were too few to handle our large table, but they certainly did their best. The desserts weren't very well received, but the strawberries with ice cream were very good 🍨

Wood-fired pizza, some of the best I've had so far in Milan. The customer service was also excellent, and the place is beautifully decorated for those who enjoy dining in a truly traditional Italian setting.

The pizza was delicious, I haven't tried anything else but I would gladly return, the atmosphere was cozy.

A very good Trattoria Calabrese restaurant. The place has a very Calabrian, homey atmosphere. They serve delicious, traditional dishes. They also offer local liqueurs and excellent wines. The staff is fantastic; they immediately made us feel at home; the service is friendly and fast. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat Calabrian food and feel a little like they're part of Calabria.

Beautiful place with excellent food. All the staff were friendly, the place has a unique style. We had a great time and will definitely be back.
