On a splendid day in Gaeta we decided to have lunch in this restaurant, welcomed by a refined environment and extremely kind staff. We started our lunch with spaghetti with pistachio cream and bites of swordfish: with perfectly cooked pasta and a pistachio cream that enveloped the flavors of the fish. As a second course we took the double cooked braised octopus on potato cream which was well presented.

We went to eat at this restaurant on May 1st. The menu is excellent including the wide choice for the GLUTEN FREE MENU.
The staff is kind and helpful. Despite the large number of customers, all the staff were kind and attentive.
Special thanks to Stella's friendliness and friendliness and congratulations to chef Davide for the quality of the dishes. The family welcome from Mrs. Rosa was also very pleasant.

After a beautiful walk along the Gaeta seafront we went to the Il Follaro restaurant for lunch. We had booked a table because as I have celiac disease we wanted to confirm the availability of this service. We ordered an appetizer, a first course and a dessert and for me everything was gluten free. The starter was good, the pasta was delicious and the decomposed cannoli was superb. Thank you for your professionalism and for the gluten free lunch: good tasting and beautiful to look at.

Over the top! We ate at this fantastic and resentful restaurant located opposite the Gaeta base! Sensational tiles! Speranzella and summer specialties superstars! Not to mention the delicious desserts! Professional and super friendly and approachable chef! There is a homely atmosphere! Highly recommended! Even though there were a lot of people, we were served quickly by very professional and kind waitresses!

My boyfriend and I were visiting Gaeta, we were looking for a place that also offered gluten-free since I have celiac disease and by chance, searching on the Internet we found this restaurant.
We were very satisfied, both for the high quality of the food and for Davide's professionalism.
The quality of the food is, in my opinion, very high and the care and passion shown by Davide makes everything even more special.
Excellent value for money.
We hope to return soon.

Siamo usciti per una passeggiata mattutina ma il brutto tempo ha cambiato i nostri programmi, così abbiamo deciso di fermarci per pranzo a Gaeta. Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante perché Aic. Il locale è piccolino ma carino. Il personale molto attento, soprattutto la sig.ra Stella, che ci ha spiegato praticamente tutto, in modo molto garbato ed educato. C'è un menù dedicato al senza glutine ed è tutto ottimo. Lo consiglio a chi è celiaco e a chi non lo è, per un pranzo o una cena in tranquillità con prodotti semplici ma gustosissimi.
