We had dinner at this restaurant with my daughter. Much attention to the gluten-free dishes, all very good. Mr. Angelo served us with great kindness and friendliness, he recommended the tiella and the voter dish, highly recommended

Wonderful place 🥰 I often go to Gaeta and every time I stop to eat in this super restaurant. This year we decided to celebrate New Year's Eve here at Follaro and I must say that on this occasion too I was positively surprised by the quality of the food and the dishes cooked in an excellent manner. I thank Davide, owner of the restaurant and all his collaborators for offering us these pleasant moments and for their availability and friendliness...😊

Savor Chef David's local cuisine.
The lobster bisque ravioli is especially delicious.
It's quite filling, but since it's gluten-free, you can eat it with confidence.
The classic tiramisu for dessert is rich yet light and sweet.
The waiters are attentive and friendly, and everything you need to enjoy your meal is provided.
If you want to enjoy traditional food style rather than the latest gastronomy trends, we highly recommend visiting.

We had dinner at this restaurant for my birthday, chosen thanks to gluto because it provided gluten-free dishes.
I must say an excellent discovery of fresh gluten-free bread, gluten-free tiella (typical stuffed pizza from Gaeta) filled with delicious fish and abundant first courses with both gluten-free and gluten-free flavours.
I recommend it for its quality and availability in preparing dishes outside the menu scheme. Until next time!!!

Gaeta offers a lot, even from a culinary point of view. We stopped here, at Follaro, on a Thursday in October and it was among the few open for lunch. I don't think twice and order for 3 since every time I promised myself I would try it!
Welcome from the waiter in Benigni style in "Life is beautiful" truly remarkable! We took 3 different dishes so as to try the various flavors well. A spaghetti with pistachio and swordfish, the classic dish shaker and a homemade toncirello with clams and lupins. All three really tasty and the first time dish was finally sand free. Show! Soft and juicy like I haven't felt in years! To close the dessert, a tiramisu and babà with cream... also very tasty.
Will I go back? Of course, but with an evening atmosphere since it must be even more characteristic and with an external veranda. Do I recommend it? Of course yes!

We ate very tasty pasta with tuna and vongule here! Better in terms of taste, appearance and quality than in many other decent, typical trattorias. And they also offer all (!!) dishes gluten-free!! The service was not only perfect but also very friendly and relaxed!
