Excellent experience, polite and competent staff. We ate some very, very good tuna (they also accommodated the need for more cooking) and a much appreciated red snapper. The vegetables served as a side dish were also very tasty and well seasoned. To be repeated! Advised!

The food is fantastic: good, well presented, with quality raw materials and often 0 km. I ate one of the best octopus of my life while the tiramisu was the best ever. The pan and another traditional dish were also good, a sort of truly unique omelette without eggs.
The service is quick and the owner is an extremely welcoming, friendly person, capable of raising morale. In short, he really knows how to deal with people. The environment is rustic but rather welcoming, let's say that at first glance you would never expect to have a very very high level dinner. In short, you can find food from a luxury restaurant in a very familiar and friendly environment.
The prices are also excellent.
If I ever end up in Gaeta again I will return

We had dinner at this restaurant with my daughter. Much attention to the gluten-free dishes, all very good. Mr. Angelo served us with great kindness and friendliness, he recommended the tiella and the voter dish, highly recommended

Wonderful place 🥰 I often go to Gaeta and every time I stop to eat in this super restaurant. This year we decided to celebrate New Year's Eve here at Follaro and I must say that on this occasion too I was positively surprised by the quality of the food and the dishes cooked in an excellent manner. I thank Davide, owner of the restaurant and all his collaborators for offering us these pleasant moments and for their availability and friendliness...😊

Savor Chef David's local cuisine.
The lobster bisque ravioli is especially delicious.
It's quite filling, but since it's gluten-free, you can eat it with confidence.
The classic tiramisu for dessert is rich yet light and sweet.
The waiters are attentive and friendly, and everything you need to enjoy your meal is provided.
If you want to enjoy traditional food style rather than the latest gastronomy trends, we highly recommend visiting.

Siamo usciti per una passeggiata mattutina ma il brutto tempo ha cambiato i nostri programmi, così abbiamo deciso di fermarci per pranzo a Gaeta. Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante perché Aic. Il locale è piccolino ma carino. Il personale molto attento, soprattutto la sig.ra Stella, che ci ha spiegato praticamente tutto, in modo molto garbato ed educato. C'è un menù dedicato al senza glutine ed è tutto ottimo. Lo consiglio a chi è celiaco e a chi non lo è, per un pranzo o una cena in tranquillità con prodotti semplici ma gustosissimi.
