I was a guest at a birthday event.
The food was excellent, based on fish, with excellent, expertly prepared raw materials.
The service was excellent and the waitresses were kind and attentive to satisfy requests.
Personally, I will go back, also because some of my fellow diners, who already knew the place, suggested and made me hungry for other dishes.

“To be a chef you need passion”, thus recites the intro by Natale (the owner chef) published on the page of his website, and he is completely right but, unlike others, he also manages to demonstrate it, or rather I would say to transmit…
Few but simple words that give a perfect idea of what to expect when entering this place.
A very high expectation but I assure you it will absolutely not disappoint you...
Of course it's probably not a place for every day, the target is above average but it's definitely the one I would choose for an occasion and, even though the last time I was there it was a business dinner, we didn't want to limit Christmas' passion and creativity by entrusting the choice of the menu to himself.
Two very delicate entrées before arriving at "his" first course, some tagliolini with truffles which alas, sorry, I can't describe because I wouldn't give enough grace to the dish which is as simple as it is delicious (I'll just post the photo) but there must be a reason if everyone identifies it as its strong dish.
Subsequently a second course, very refined, a "cheek" (placed on a mashed potato) so tender that it melted in the mouth and, last but not least, the "home made" coffee panettone...
Is that enough? Obviously not, because what makes the difference is the smile and friendly presence of Giovanna (the owner's wife) capable of literally making you feel at home even though you are having an experience that is more than just a simple dinner. In fact, the icing on the cake!
If you are passionate about food or even simply a foodie, you can't miss the opportunity to give yourself this wonderful gift...

“Per fare lo chef ci vuole la passione”, recita così l’intro di Natale (il titolare chef) pubblicato sulla pagina del proprio sito, ed ha pienamente ragione ma, a differenza di altri, lui lo riesce anche a dimostrare anzi direi a trasmettere…
Poche parole ma semplici e che rendono perfettamente l’idea di ciò che ci si deve aspettare entrando in questo locale.
Un’aspettativa molto alta ma che vi assicuro non vi deluderà assolutamente…
Certo probabilmente non è un locale proprio x tutti i giorni, il target è sopra la media ma, è sicuramente quello che sceglierei per un’occasione e, seppur l’ultima volta che ci sono stato era una cena di lavoro, non abbiamo voluto limitare la passione e la creatività di Natale affidando la scelta del menù a lui stesso.
Due entrè delicatissimi prima di arrivare al “suo” primo piatto, dei tagliolini al tartufo che aimè, scusatemi, non riesco a descrivere xké non renderei abbastanza grazia al piatto tanto semplice quanto prelibato (mi limito a postare la foto) ma ci sarà un motivo se tutti lo identificano come il suo piatto forte.
Successivamente una seconda portata, molto ricercata, una “guancia” (adagiata su di un purea di patate) così tenera che si scioglieva in bocca e, dulcis in fundo, il panettone “home made” al caffè…
Basta così? Ovviamente no, perché a fare la differenza c’è il sorriso e la cordiale presenza di Giovanna (moglie del titolare) capace letteralmente di farti sentire a casa nonostante stai consumando un’esperienza più che una semplice cena. DI fatto, la ciliegina sulla torta!
Se siete appassionati di cibo o anche semplicemente dei buon gustai, non potete perdere l’occasione di farvi questo meraviglioso regalo…
