“To be a chef you need passion”, thus recites the intro by Natale (the owner chef) published on the page of his website, and he is completely right but, unlike others, he also manages to demonstrate it, or rather I would say to transmit…
Few but simple words that give a perfect idea of what to expect when entering this place.
A very high expectation but I assure you it will absolutely not disappoint you...
Of course it's probably not a place for every day, the target is above average but it's definitely the one I would choose for an occasion and, even though the last time I was there it was a business dinner, we didn't want to limit Christmas' passion and creativity by entrusting the choice of the menu to himself.
Two very delicate entrées before arriving at "his" first course, some tagliolini with truffles which alas, sorry, I can't describe because I wouldn't give enough grace to the dish which is as simple as it is delicious (I'll just post the photo) but there must be a reason if everyone identifies it as its strong dish.
Subsequently a second course, very refined, a "cheek" (placed on a mashed potato) so tender that it melted in the mouth and, last but not least, the "home made" coffee panettone...
Is that enough? Obviously not, because what makes the difference is the smile and friendly presence of Giovanna (the owner's wife) capable of literally making you feel at home even though you are having an experience that is more than just a simple dinner. In fact, the icing on the cake!
If you are passionate about food or even simply a foodie, you can't miss the opportunity to give yourself this wonderful gift...

Exceptional dishes, new, fresh and very tasty, compliments to the chef and all the staff. Renovated environments. I returned today 09.22.2024. I had been missing since 2022. I will return again whenever I want to taste delicacies that are never boring, always new, also based on the season, as the strength of this restaurant is knowing how to create dishes that are not obvious but always with a pinch of imagination that must never be missing in the kitchen in addition to the quality that represents the flagship of this place. What can I say, congratulations to the chef!!!👏👏 👏👏👏👏👏👏🫶

We went for lunch yesterday after not having been there for several years. Quality raw materials processed with skill as an excellent chef can do. Two flaws. The first and most serious is the welcome, the second the usual defect of bringing the dishes in sequence without waiting for the diners to have finished tasting the previous ones. The welcome has always been the biggest flaw of this place. The prices are fair for the quality of the raw materials but decidedly very high for the welcome and service

First time in this restaurant for a family lunch during the week, nice and elegant environment, large and round tables (there were 10 of us), interesting and innovative menu outside the usual Apulian home cooking, excellent starter, the peregrine falcon of 8 courses all explained at the table, mixed between fish and vegetables, good and generous first courses, excellent quality of the frying, fast and professional service, prices a little high but justified by the quality and raw materials, I will return when I am in the area again.

I would have given 5 stars but my rating is 4. The dishes, especially in the starter, are of very little weight.
Furthermore, the quality of the food is of the highest level
