We were at the Il Faggio restaurant in Pollone and we can only express our enthusiasm for the experience. Local cuisine with attention to detail, dishes rich in flavor and elegantly presented, all in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, surrounded by the greenery of the Burcina park. A special thanks goes to the owner, for the sincere hospitality and passion that shines through in every aspect of the restaurant, and to the waiter Stefan, attentive, kind and always smiling, who made our lunch even more enjoyable with his professionalism and courtesy. Highly recommended to those looking for an authentic and quality experience in the Biella area. We will definitely be back!

We had a very dissatisfying experience at this restaurant. We wanted to order only secondi piatti at lunch. The waiter was extremely insistent that we order an antipasto to share among the three of us, so we reluctantly agreed. It arrived divided on three plates. Much to our surprise, the 22 euro antipasto became a 60 euro charge on our bill -- very dishonest! We were shocked and speechless and left with a "bad taste" in our mouths. Beware about this underhanded practice.
