Great experience! Compared to other restaurants of the same level, it doesn't overdo the experiments but manages to balance traditional flavors with a few, very successful, bold combinations. The service is very professional without being overly formal.
I enjoyed the entire tasting but if I really had to find a flaw I would say that the egg, although good, could be a bit heavy for more delicate stomachs and compromise the rest of the dinner.

On the occasion of the Under 30 evenings that the "Il Desco" restaurant proposed during the month of January, we decided to come here for dinner to try their cuisine.
The tasting itinerary we chose was "Generations": a journey through the idea that chefs have of contemporary cuisine.
The service was impeccable and lived up to the expectations of those who come to eat in a starred restaurant.
The menu offers a tasting of 8 dishes, mostly fish-based.
My favorite dish was the
Glazed white trout accompanied by a yuzu and sake foam, seared turnip greens and a pear jam.
The mise en place is very minimal, but at the same time extremely refined.
The absence of the tablecloth is a choice aimed at highlighting the uniqueness of each individual table, made up of a sheet of glass and a steel core obtained from manufacturing waste.

Locale molto bello che si trova in centro storico: arredato con ottimo usto e molto particolare che merita di essere visto.
Si mangia in modo divino: i piatti sono ben fatti, combinati bene, ingredienti di grandissima qualità...spettacolare l'uovo e il loro salmone.
Personale gentile e preparato: i vini sono spiegati bene ed abbinati con maestranza,

I went to this restaurant and tried the "Concretezza" menu, taking advantage of the wonderful initiative of 50% discount for those under 30. Some typical dishes were simple and some more elaborate, but all with a strong and balanced taste. Honorable mention for the tongue, black garlic and artichokes and for the ricotta dessert. Impeccable location and service, every aspect is taken care of to the maximum.

Location in the center of Verona, in a historic building with a splendid coffered ceiling. The furnishings are refined and particular, with splendid glass tables.
Attentive and competent service.
However, the magic comes from the kitchen, with the exhilarating mix of flavors created by the chef who always finds the balance in every dish.
Just for the champagne risotto, we would need an extra Michelin star...

Torno dopo anni nel più bel ristorante di Verona, con la sua elegante sala e i bellissimi arredi. Scegliamo cinque portate dal menu (più un dolce) e il “salmone fondente” merita il primo premio (piatto veramente eccezionale) insieme agli gnocchi, piatto di inimitabile semplicità. Il servizio è perfetto con lo chef che è spesso in sala a presentare i piatti con i suoi bravissimi camerieri. La scelta dei vini è importante e veniamo indirizzati su delle ottime bottiglie da un capace sommelier. Conto più che adeguato alla ottima qualità della cena.
