A Memory to Cherish There are experiences that go beyond a simple dinner, becoming memories to cherish. This was one of them. A special gift, in an equally special place: Il Desco Restaurant. Service with meticulous attention to detail, an elegant yet never overbearing atmosphere, and the cuisine coherently expresses the essence of a Michelin star: authentic and refined flavors, well-balanced harmonies built on top-quality ingredients and a skill that knows how to enhance with restraint and creativity. Kudos to the sommelier, who with professionalism and kindness guided us through a sensory experience "blind": a bottle chosen without knowing the label, which made the tasting a pleasant game of discovery, amidst aromas, sensations, and curiosities revealed only at the end. Thanks to those who made all this possible. More than a dinner: an experience, an emotion, a memory to cherish.

Everything was sublime! A fantastic experience

Exceptional dining and service. Better than 3-star restaurants I’ve been to in much larger cities. Exquisite ingredients and technique - with an element of surprise/whimsy often missing in stuffy fine dining. My favorite meal in the Verona-Venice region!

An extraordinary experience from start to finish. The elegant atmosphere, meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail, paired perfectly with the refined, creative cuisine. Each dish was a discovery of flavors and textures, presented with meticulous care. Special thanks go to Linda, who looked after us throughout the evening with professionalism, kindness, and impeccable attention. She was extremely knowledgeable in describing the dishes and guiding us through the tasting menu, making the experience even more enjoyable and complete. A place where every detail is designed to ensure an unforgettable experience.

One of the best Michelin-starred restaurants. The service, atmosphere, and especially the food were outstanding, with every flavor standing out beautifully. Usually, desserts leave me disappointed, but not this time, the final course was flawless. This is the restaurant I’ve been recommending to friends visiting Verona over the past year. Complimenti!

We certainly had high expectations for a restaurant that has held a Michelin star for so long – but overall, these expectations weren't entirely met. It wasn't the food, as each individual course was beautifully presented and featured high-quality ingredients and refinement. Perhaps the portions were almost a bit too large, but that's always something to argue about. What bothered us was the pace. The wine was served parallel to the aperitif. The first four courses seemed to be cleared away and then immediately replaced. It was simply too fast to enjoy. We addressed it, and it improved somewhat. Overall, we didn't like this aspect. The service was very attentive and well-coordinated. However, not everyone was positive and attentive to the guests. One lady in particular failed to smile or engage in any interaction – her plate was simply set down and removed. The same thing happened when clearing the table. Other colleagues were much better. Overall, great food in a great location, but unfortunately, not a completely complete experience.

Al planificar nuestros viajes a Italia busco experiencias gastronómicas. Reservamos una reserva para este comedor con meses de antelación (fiesta de 3 ). Llegamos a la hora indicada para nuestra reserva y nos recibieron y sentaron. Se recomienda reservar con este establecimiento. Se ofrecen tres menús fijos para la mesa y si ninguno de ellos se considera adecuado, puede elegir 3 , 4 o 5 opciones de degustación de platos en el menú ala carta. Para esta noche construimos una opción personalizada de menú degustación de 5 platos a partir del menú a la carta. Cada curso fue chapado fabulosamente y descrito apasionadamente por nuestros servidores. Todos los servidores se ocuparon de destacar la preparación e inspiración a la hora de presentar los cursos. Cada curso presentado fue exquisito y se consumieron tan apasionadamente como se presentaron. Todos fueron excelentes. Nuestras selecciones de menú no habían incluido "el huevo". Cuando el curso llegó a nuestra mesa llegó cumplidos del Chef. Querían que experimentáramos una de las especialidades de la casa. Feliz de que lo hicieran ya que resultó ser uno de mis favoritos de la noche. Todo el mundo era absolutamente fabuloso en este comedor. El personal estaba ocupado, pero siempre fue atento y muy servicial. Esta fue una noche excelente. Gracias a todos. Recomendamos este comedor
