TOP reopening. Low temperature cooked egg with wonderful black truffle. Piglet with courgette and potato cream and excellent slices. The pineapple carpaccio was delicious for a fresh finish on an evening that was starting to get hot. The Nebbiolo is good. Very nice small restaurant near the center of Fano. Starters, cured meats and cheeses, tartare and ostrich meat as starters. Zebra kangaroo vegetarian dish and trio of polenta to follow. Really everything fantastic. The desserts were also excellent. Good guys and fair prices. We'll be back.
A pleasant surprise! They gave us a voucher for a dinner so we came by chance.
The restaurant is small in size but is well kept and welcoming, the staff is friendly and helpful, waiting times are short but above all the dishes are excellent, very particular and cared for. If you want to have a different experience I highly recommend it!
Among other things, we spent a little more than what was foreseen on the voucher but the owner very kindly did not want us to pay the difference. It doesn't happen often!
We will definitely be back!
Refined cuisine and particular and excellent products....the chef and his wife are a spectacle in the dining room...the waiters are highly trained and kind. I absolutely recommend it!!!
In the middle of the week, I asked for the courtesy of having lunch "out of hours" around 2.30pm. I was welcomed and served impeccably. Professional and friendly staff.
