I had a good time in this small place in Fano, renowned for the goodness of its meat. I took from the appetizer to the dessert as I always do to check out the places in every course, here my rating is high in general, the dishes are good and well-prepared, the quality/price ratio is balanced, the waiters are very good... it's a shame that we weren't there. I will return except in the winter period, given that it is not equipped with air conditioners or fans, and honestly we suffered a lot from the heat, even though the evenings are no longer so hot. Also for this reason I give an extra round of applause to the staff who tolerated it very well. the heat despite the uniform and the running between the tables

One of the best restaurants in Fano. Mix of tradition and innovation. Always excellent service, both the owners and the waiters very kind and professional. The suckling pig and the kangaroo strips are absolutely worth trying. As a wine by the liter it offers a really good tear of morro and this allows you not to buy bottled wines and save on the bill.
TOP reopening. Low temperature cooked egg with wonderful black truffle. Piglet with courgette and potato cream and excellent slices. The pineapple carpaccio was delicious for a fresh finish on an evening that was starting to get hot. The Nebbiolo is good. Very nice small restaurant near the center of Fano. Starters, cured meats and cheeses, tartare and ostrich meat as starters. Zebra kangaroo vegetarian dish and polenta trio to follow. Really everything fantastic. The desserts were also excellent. Good guys and fair prices. We'll be back.
