A restaurant with excellent value. Appetizers cost around €10 and are excellent. We tried the empanadas and fritto misto, the fried fish was truly excellent. First courses cost no more than €15. Ravioli with exceptional homemade pasta, thick and not overcooked. The kangaroo fillet is delicious (perhaps the plating could have been improved). The wagyu tartare is impeccable (I could have eaten it by the kilo). I'm sure it surprised me considering how much we ate. Definitely recommended. At least on Saturdays they have a double shift. The first one ends at 10 PM. Also because the location isn't huge. But that's okay.

I absolutely have to recommend a place I recently visited: "Il Cuciniere." It's one of those restaurants that manages to balance everything perfectly, which isn't easy to find these days. The initial impression is excellent. The atmosphere is truly pleasant, elegant but not at all pretentious. They've played some perfectly timed background music, creating a relaxed atmosphere, ideal for unwinding and enjoying the evening. You're comfortable and immediately feel at ease, without the stuffiness of other high-end places. The service deserves special praise. Often, it's either too cold or too intrusive; here, however, I found the perfect balance. The staff is courteous, attentive without being pushy, and demonstrates remarkable professionalism. They know what they're talking about, they offer expert advice, but always with a smile, making you feel like a welcome guest. It's a detail that makes a huge difference. Then, of course, there's the cuisine. This is the real strength. The dishes are anything but ordinary; there's evident research into both the pairings and the presentation. You can tell there's a lot of thought and a steady hand behind it. The quality of the ingredients is unquestionable, and this is clearly evident in every dish. I had the opportunity to taste their specialty meats, especially the Wagyu, and it was a remarkable experience. Cooked to perfection, the truly superior quality justifies the choice. The final surprise, a very positive one, is the bill. With such a high standard—from the ambiance to the service, to the exceptional quality of the food—you'd expect a substantial sum. Instead, the price is more than fair. The value for money is frankly excellent, I'd almost say skewed in favor of the customer. It's a place I highly recommend to anyone looking for substance, true quality, and a classy atmosphere without spending a fortune. Definitely worth a try.

A restaurant near the centre of Fano, a short distance from the central station and close to the hospital. Nice and well-maintained, with dishes that are out of the ordinary. Good and well-maintained. The price is in line with expectations and is in line with the quality. The staff...needs some work.

A great restaurant to discover, with a friendly welcome in French. It's been a long time since we've had such good beef tartare with an extra side of vegetables. Very fine dessert. Bravo to the chef.
