Che in questo ristorante si mangi molto bene e notorio ma ieri sera secondo me lo chef si è superato dopo che nel menu e stato introdotto un nuovo piatto Spaghettoni al ristretto di brodo wagyu tartufo nero. e parmigiano.Ovviamente già L idea e fantastica ma il risultato è incredibile perché gli spaghettoni che assorbono il brodo diventano fantastici. Questo piatto vale da solo la visita. Certo L uovo poche con perfetta temperatura. I cappelletti in brodo e i fritti marchigiani in specie i cremini sono ottimi ma gli spaghettoni sono inarrivabili ! Chapeau!!

It was an amazing dinner! I tried meats that I had never eaten! I was particularly impressed by the zebra (very delicate) and the kangaroo (which was very tasty). To conclude, we had a dessert: I recommend the gin lemon one, a lemon cream with gin jelly on top... CRAZY! We eat well and spend the right amount, considering all the dishes we ate and the bottle of wine we bought, €4.50 per head is more than fair

I had dinner tonight here at the Cuciniere with my girlfriend, encouraged by the fact that this restaurant is among those with the best ratings in Fano. Expectations were high, and they were not disappointed at all!
As an appetizer I took the dark tomini with cabbage and porcini mushrooms (which also contained hazelnuts). Truly exquisite!
I then continued with a first course of duck ravioli with orange. Nothing to say other than that they were simply fantastic, and that the combination of duck meat and orange peel is really spot on.
Then I had a Kobe-type Wagyu tartare with pistachios, chorizo, burrata and black truffle as a second course. In one word, it was divine!
I also tasted the food ordered by my girlfriend, namely the poached egg with spinach, fondue and black truffle, and passatelli with bacon, onion and tomato. These dishes were also superb.
It should also be highlighted that the menu also includes other dishes with exotic ingredients, such as zebra meat and kangaroo meat.
The service is fast and the waiters are very polite. The environment is warm, intimate and welcoming, ideal for a dinner with the family or with your partner.
In my opinion, the prices are a little high and the portions a little small, but that's all forgivable. These two aspects are fully counterbalanced by the very high level of the dishes offered.
Highly recommended restaurant, I will return in the future!

Spesso, con mio figlio , ci fermiamo a pranzo il lunedì dopo la scuola, devo dire che non siamo mai riamasti delusi nelle aspettative, qui puoi trovare dalle proposte più classiche a quelle più fuori dal comune ma il risultato è sempre quello di avere la certezza in base al proprio gusto di assaporare qualcosa di eccellente, la carta dei vini è soddisfacente, il personale sempre gentile e disponibile soprattutto i titolari. Prezzo onesto. Da ritornarci più volte. Sempre una certezza.

The kangaroo and gianduiotto are delicious. The wagyu chimichurri is also very good but if you are undecided go for the kangaroo! The spaghettone with wagyu puree is nice and creamy, very tasty (in the photo: half a portion). I didn't have any problems with the service, the place is really nice.
Lovely evening in this little restaurant in Fano in a beautiful location and with helpful and smiling wait staff. We tried the fried Marche dishes and the fried cappelletti to share... the Marche mix was very, very good (olives, fried creams,... all excellent), the cappelletti were good but you won't come back for those. On the first courses, however, the level has risen and the proposals are very interesting, we tried the passatelli with mushrooms (excellent), the duck and orange ravioli (really interesting!), cappelletti in broth (the Emilian contamination can be felt and the result is excellent) and spaghettoni creamed with wagyu and truffle (we expected more flavour).
On the second courses, wagyu chimichurry is excellent if you like spices (for me it was really very good), rabbit with turmeric sauce (wow!!) while the taste of the tartare did not convince us.
At the end of the meal we shared a peanut cream which alone was worth the trip. The price is in line and the selection of local wines that excellently accompany the cuisine offered is appreciable. The guys in the room were prepared and very kind.
