Very friendly and nice staff.
The restaurant was recommended to us and it was a pleasant surprise to find excellent quality of raw materials. I recommend you go there to discover the umbrichelli with truffle, the wild boar, the guanciale with vinegar and sage and the broad beans. 😵😵😵house red wine to accompany this delicious dinner.

I'll start with the staff, super kind and very friendly
Very fresh local oil and bread, same thing for the cold cuts.
First I had tagliolini with bacon and chopped pistachios, a very very tasty dish.
If you pass by this area you absolutely have to try it!

We were there last night. We had an appetizer of cold cuts and two first courses, tagliatelle guanciale and pistachio and umbrichelli alla carbonara, both very, very good! My carbonara was Super! We couldn't have the second course, but we opted for the dessert and we did very well: strawberry mouse for my husband and tiramisu for me. I found everything very good and cooked with passion. I highly recommend it and I'm sorry to have to leave Orvieto this morning, I would have gladly returned to try other dishes. The staff is very friendly and kind. They only charged us for one dessert just for making us wait a few minutes more. Highly recommended!
