Extremely elegant venue, impeccable service. Spectacular dinner. The food was divine, including the exquisite dessert. The price was very fair. Congratulations, Daniela and Giorgio. Your restaurant is a gem in Acqui Terme. Highly recommended!!!! 10/10 in every way.

The place is spacious and the tables are well-spaced. Excellent, punctual service without delays. The food was beautifully presented and, above all, tasty and made with quality ingredients. I chose the fish menu. I must return for the meat menu.

Il Nuovo Ciarlocco è una di quelle rare gemme che lasciano il segno. Fin dal primo momento si viene accolti con un sorriso autentico e una cordialità che mette subito a proprio agio. Il personale è estremamente attento, disponibile ma mai invadente – un equilibrio impeccabile che rende il servizio davvero eccellente. Ottimo cibo e dettagli decisamente curati. Assolutamente consigliato – per una serata speciale, o semplicemente per riscoprire il piacere di mangiare bene e sentirsi a casa.

Recommended by local people, whom we thank for the opportunity given to us, it was a beautiful culinary experience. Traditional dishes composed with wisdom and combinations that you don't expect, such as the fassona tartare with ginger ice cream, fabulous. The owner advised us to pair it with a glass of good Barbera whose scent remained in the glass even if it was empty. Impeccable service and location.

Accoglienza molto professionale e piacevole, di classe. Un ambiente curato, suddiviso in una serie di piccole sale. Molto validi i piatti, abbiamo apprezzato in particolare la carta del pesce e i dolci. Buoni vini anche al calice. Prezzo adeguato alla qualità dei piatti e al servizio molto efficiente e preparato.

07/10/2025: This is actually Il Cacciatore restaurant. An excellent dinner featuring raboton with fondue, pizzoccheri alla Valtellinese, and sliced ​​beef with porcini mushrooms and crema catalana. Quality ingredients, generous portions, and fast, courteous service. Highly recommended.
05/10/2025: We were hungry and got off the highway and found a beautiful family pub where we were pleasantly surprised by good food and friendly service. The meals here are at normal prices 15-20€ per person. The meals are large and the taste of the meals is indescribable. Orgasm in the mouth dessert bomb!!!!! They recommend it to everyone!!!! Oh and they have a lot of dishes with mushrooms yummy 😋
