Excellent sole and pendolini ravioli, the fish platter costs too much for what it contains, the hot chocolate cake is mediocre, I strongly advise against it!

Located inside a splendid historic villa in the center of Pesaro, Il Castiglione is a restaurant that promises and gives an extraordinary experience. Entering is like taking a journey back in time, to a place where elegance and charm are at home and where the ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality. The staff is always ready to satisfy every need with a smile, their knowledge of the menu and passion for food are reflected in every advice and explanation. Therefore, an excellent place for those looking for a high-level culinary experience in a context of extraordinary beauty and charm.

5 stars but I would give 10. Refined environment, polite, well-prepared and extremely kind staff, wonderful food. The location is truly unique, in the tree-lined garden of an ancient castle. It's not just a dinner, but an experience (to be repeated). The owner, a man from another era, who carefully and courteously told us the history of the castle and recommended, among other things, a spectacular wine. The son (sommelier) is also very kind. Dishes prepared with care and with a rare balance of tastes, but at absolutely normal prices! It doesn't even remotely compare to the other Pesaro restaurants we've been to! When we return to Pesaro, we will be regular guests here!

Excellent dinner. Well presented dishes and quality raw materials. Exceptional atmosphere, well-spaced tables and background music. Service a little slow but worth it. Excellent value for money.

A stone's throw from the sea, there is the Il Castiglione restaurant, famous for having been the villa-workshop of the Pesaro ceramist Mengaroni. Definitely a suggestive and elegant place, during the warm summer evenings it is possible to dine outdoors. Very friendly staff. Service somewhat slow. The starter arrived exactly one hour after the order. For three courses, from 8.30pm we left until 11.30pm. Classic menu, in line with restaurants in the area.

Prenotato da amici pesaresi abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante. Fantastici gli esterni (da godere in primavera ed estate) e molto ben curato l'interno. Ennio, il proprietario, è un ottimo anfitrione e sa come ben consigliarti sui piatti tipici forniti dalla sua cucina. Buono il servizio ai tavoli, forse volendo trovare il famoso pelo nell'uovo consiglierei di mettere il piattino del pane a tavola. Abbiamo mangiato piatti tipici pesaresi, il fritto era eccellente. Prezzo € 60,00 a persona.
