Lunch time in Cabras. We go looking for a restaurant for fish. We opt for "Il Camino". Clean and welcoming place. They accommodated us even though we had no reservation and the place was practically full.
Kind, helpful, polite and prepared staff did not make us wait too long for the order and for drinks.
Good dishes and raw materials of good and excellent quality.
We are in Cabras and we do not try the mullet? Of course! Well cooked, tasty and excellent portion, as well as the spaghetti dish!
We leave more than satisfied.
Prices absolutely in line.
Absolutely excellent quality/price ratio.

We were there today, May 18, 2025, for lunch, my husband and I. We had a great time 🤗.
Very nice place, clean and welcoming. Impeccable and very nice toilets. Excellent food, all fresh and super friendly owner and staff 💕.
We had been there a long time ago with dear friends, where even then as today we left very satisfied and with many beautiful memories❤️.

For years, every time I go on holiday on my return to Sardinia I stop for lunch by the fireplace. After a holiday on the continent or abroad we need to taste our flavors of Sardinia. At the fireplace you can do it. It's always been a guarantee of good service. Excellent food, exceptional value for money. I recommend it to those who love to eat well while spending the right amount.

..just had lunch after several years.. nothing has changed! The dishes are always absolutely delicious, respectful of tradition and well presented... the starters that I remembered for their "extreme" goodness were the burrida, the eel with raisins and dried fruit and the bottarga pâté... worth mentioning!! 🤩
Like all the first and second choices! Congratulations!
Maintaining a consistently high standard in everything is truly appreciable!

Il ristorante ha perso un punto per ka Seadas ( qualità davvero mediocre) e un punto per la risposta del cameriere alla nostra domanda "nell'antipasto misto potremmo avere solo ciò che non ha aglio o cipolla?". La sua risposta " cipolla non ce n'è. E aglio solo un pò nella burrida,ma è buona". Ovviamente la cipolla c'era. Peccato.

Ottimi antipasti di fish, risotto di mare. The fish grigliato and po troppo cotto.
Excellent cold starters. Seafood risotto very good. The grilled fish was a bit dry.

If you are looking for authentic and typical cuisine this is the right place.
Price quality absolutely in line.
Special mention for the “Cabras burrida”.
The place is a bit retro but okay, better to eat well than sit on a designer chair.

What a show, what a show, what a show. We had dinner with friends, it was a wonderful evening.
Staff: friendly, knowledgeable and attentive
Food: 10 and praise, there's no need to say anything else!

Nonostante i tanti km fatti per stare assieme ai Colleghi l'altro aspetto che ha ripagato la serata è stato quanto proposto per cena, dal patè di bottarga all'insalata di polpo, per poi passare ai primi (trofie al pesce spada e risotto ai frutti di mare) per concludere fritto misto. Un regale fritto misto, realmente ottimo.
Personale cordiale e disponibile, se siete di passaggio a Cabras merita sicuramente una sosta. Ci rivedremo
