We stayed in this hotel from 6 to 10 January 2025 it was a perfect holiday from every point of view kind and helpful staff clean rooms excellent location and above all exquisite cuisine I congratulate the truly excellent gluten-free service every type of dish is replicated in the gluten-free version we were able to taste all the typical Trentino dishes!!!!

Very tasty food & great service but above all a gluten-free paradise, the entire menu is gluten-free, they even have two separate kitchens.

We were here for the second time. The hotel is pleasant in size and ambience. Stylish root sculptures in front of an impressive mountain backdrop invite you to look at them. The architecture of the extension is beautifully done and plays with the surrounding nature at eye level. It's always easy to find yourself here. The food is exciting, good and wholesome for adults and children alike. The quality of the raw materials used in the kitchen speaks for itself on the plate and is best shown in the more simple and traditional dishes. The kitchen knows its craft and the staff is quick and well trained. The price-performance ratio at the Hotel Villa Madonna is completely in proportion. The rooms are of different sizes and, depending on the location, are actually noisy, but the comfortable beds make up for this. The location of the hotel and the attitude of the people there, including the good and extensive food that is absolutely safe for celiacs, allows you to find your physical and mental center. Rarely have we experienced something like this in such a short time and in a hotel.

I've been here on holiday and it's just a fabulous hotel. Everything taken care of down to the smallest detail. The customer is made to feel like a king both in terms of the rooms and the service. The cuisine is excellent, with delicacies prepared with fresh, local products. Highly recommended and simply top!!

The gluten-free food is excellent! The rooms are in need of restoration - the technology installed is no longer up to date, the staff is very good, although language communication was a bit difficult in some cases, which is a bit unusual for the area. But you could get by with English. Seis is a bit “behind”, which means that the daily excursions towards Bolzano have to be managed over the busy roads together with buses and trucks. In the other direction, the roads were partially closed during the day, or could only be used at an unfavorable time window.

Phew...where should I start. First with the positive. Our celiac mouse thought it was great not to have to worry about food. The room in the lower area was fine, only the mattress was a little sagging - that was it. Wellness area: Register and reserve in advance, then you may be able to use the sauna and swimming pool for half an hour/hour. Bathrobes are available for 10 euros per person/stay... oh yes, it's best to take a bathing cap with you or buy it at reception for €2.00/piece. Positive: Sauna towels are available free of charge. Service: A job reference would probably say: “You made an effort.” Unfortunately it's not enough. Even if it is only a 3 star hotel, I would like to not spend my life unnecessarily waiting for: whatever. I see management as having the responsibility to create structure and a regulated process. The dining area has the feel of a canteen, but you can turn a blind eye to it. Food: The selection was manageable. I probably wouldn't be able to stay here longer than 3-4 days due to the lack of variety - especially when it comes to breakfast. The rolls available (gluten-free) weren't really appetizing - but tastes are different. Otherwise, I would like the points that concern the wellness area to be dealt with in more detail on the homepage so that you know in advance what you are getting yourself into. The area is beautiful for hiking and probably also for skiing. In any case, we will no longer come to Villa Madonna and will rather book an apartment in the area.

Restaurant with double kitchen that offers all the dishes on the menu for celiacs, in addition to the standard version. Quality in preparation and treatment. Highly recommended.

Very nice and well-kept hotel, the staff is well-trained and always very kind. I am celiac and I found the cuisine excellent and above all I felt at ease throughout my stay, I highly recommend it even to those who are not celiac as it is a facility with a double kitchen, my wife who is not celiac found the food exquisite. The location is great because it is 5 minutes from the center where the bus station is.
