We just returned from a vacation at the hotel. My wife and I felt welcomed and pampered by the entire staff, who were always available and available to answer our every request. What can we say about the hotel and their cuisine, truly top-quality, with truly top-notch low-temperature cooking? We'll repeat the wonderful experience at this hotel next year.

Dream vacation! My wife and I are both celiacs, and we found a true gluten-free paradise. The hotel is comfortable with excellent amenities, and is also perfect for children, thanks to its dedicated play area. The staff were incredibly kind; we felt pampered for a whole week and can't wait to return.

A dream come true. A hotel that's extremely well-prepared for gluten-free options. Both breakfast and dinner offer identical buffets, one gluten-free and one gluten-free, both equipped with cutting boards, grills, sauce dispensers, and more. In addition to the dinner buffets, there's usually an appetizer, first course, and second course. Gluten-free dishes are identified by the symbol to avoid mistakes. The quality of the food is excellent; the gluten-free bread was fantastic. The hotel also has a heated indoor and outdoor pool and a sauna, both of which require reservations. I hope to return soon.

We only ate at the restaurant: the staff was very friendly (greetings to waiter Vito) :-), there's a separate gluten-free kitchen, and the entire menu is available gluten-free! Everything was delicious, and the kids were thrilled! See you soon!

We tried the restaurant, located in the elegant and welcoming setting of the hotel. The dishes were exceptional and the service excellent. As is well known, they have impeccable gluten-free options (I've attached a photo of the gluten-free dumplings and strudel)... highly recommended for celiacs and non-celiacs alike!

The entire staff is attentive, helpful, and multilingual. The cuisine is varied and carefully presented. The rooms and common areas are impeccably clean.

Traveling with celiac disease can be difficult so we decided to plan a trip around a hotel offering meals that cater to gluten free diets. We chose Hotel Villa Madonna in Alto Adige and were extremely happy with our week-long stay. It included gluten free half board meals (breakfast & supper, daily) and a free guest pass permitting free travel on all regional transportation in the area. The property was nice, the room comfortable and very clean, and the view spectacular. The supper offerings were varied and tasty, with a few surprises thrown in, to our delight, and safe - thank you to the chef and kitchen! Everyone on staff, at both the hotel and in the restaurant, was friendly and helpful - it felt like we were leaving a few friends behind by the time we left. Gabriele, Roman, and Lara at the front desk made sure we were looked after - and were ever patient with our mix of beginner Italian and English. Although many fantastic servers looked after us in the dining room, Facundo was our main server, always greeting us with a smile, making sure we were happy with every dish on the table, and sharing tips and experiences from his explorations of the region. We definitely recommend this lovely place.
