Excellent hotel for celiacs, standard rooms, good common areas. Found it very well.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! The rooms are just what you need if you've been skiing all day - comfy and pleasant. The highlight, without reservation, is the food. As a gluten free person, this is absolutely paradise. What a luxury, to have so much choice! So much safety! I stayed here for a week and every day ate something I'd never had before, without worrying what was in it or asking questions about how it was prepared. Staying here honestly felt like a vacation from coeliac disease, and I would recommend it without any hesitation. The nutella donuts at breakfast were particularly delightful. It's a short bus ride to the slopes, but we found a cute path through town that was only about ~20 mins walk, so most days we walked to the lifts instead, especially as the bus can be busy first thing in the morning and at the end of the day.

Beautiful hotel restaurant right below the Sciliar. We had a family lunch with excellent gourmet dishes. Clearly highly recommended also for those with gluten problems. Very kind staff

Perfect surprise gift for a celiac! Everything was fantastic, from the rooms to the spa area to the rich and abundant meals. Crazy dessert buffet, a true paradise for celiacs. Friendly staff prepared for every need. Very convenient shuttle to reach the cable car. Really well done, we will definitely be back!

We stayed in this hotel from 6 to 10 January 2025 it was a perfect holiday from every point of view kind and helpful staff clean rooms excellent location and above all exquisite cuisine I congratulate the truly excellent gluten-free service every type of dish is replicated in the gluten-free version we were able to taste all the typical Trentino dishes!!!!

Very tasty food & great service but above all a gluten-free paradise, the entire menu is gluten-free, they even have two separate kitchens.

We were here for the second time. The hotel is pleasant in size and ambience. Stylish root sculptures in front of an impressive mountain backdrop invite you to look at them. The architecture of the extension is beautifully done and plays with the surrounding nature at eye level. It's always easy to find yourself here. The food is exciting, good and wholesome for adults and children alike. The quality of the raw materials used in the kitchen speaks for itself on the plate and is best shown in the more simple and traditional dishes. The kitchen knows its craft and the staff is quick and well trained. The price-performance ratio at the Hotel Villa Madonna is completely in proportion. The rooms are of different sizes and, depending on the location, are actually noisy, but the comfortable beds make up for this. The location of the hotel and the attitude of the people there, including the good and extensive food that is absolutely safe for celiacs, allows you to find your physical and mental center. Rarely have we experienced something like this in such a short time and in a hotel.

I've been here on holiday and it's just a fabulous hotel. Everything taken care of down to the smallest detail. The customer is made to feel like a king both in terms of the rooms and the service. The cuisine is excellent, with delicacies prepared with fresh, local products. Highly recommended and simply top!!

The gluten-free food is excellent! The rooms are in need of restoration - the technology installed is no longer up to date, the staff is very good, although language communication was a bit difficult in some cases, which is a bit unusual for the area. But you could get by with English. Seis is a bit “behind”, which means that the daily excursions towards Bolzano have to be managed over the busy roads together with buses and trucks. In the other direction, the roads were partially closed during the day, or could only be used at an unfavorable time window.
