Delicious and we had a great little table upstairs away from the fray! Food, drink, and service was divine! I think anything you choose would be delicious. But definitely get the warm seafood salad!

Wonderful!!! Fantastic view, food and service. I enjoyed Monterosso. It was much more chill and less crowded then Vernazza ( that place was a madhouse!) I didn't have as much what time is I wanted in each of these towns. So I only got to the two. I was traveling from Florence and it took a little time getting there even though I left quite early in the morning. You have to take about three trains to the Cinque Terre towns. The train station was unbelievable chaos! Holy cow! HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE on these tiny platforms . Unfortunately I hit groups of tourists and there was thousands of people trying to get onto the tiny train. Also! Beware of the toilet situation. There is one one toilet facility at that train station, you have to pay to Pee Pee. If you stop and eat anywhere make sure you use the restaurant's toilets! Came here with my family on a friend's recommendation. The restaurant decor is modern and the overall atmosphere is quite lovely. The food, however, was mediocre at best. The appetizers were OK, but the main dishes were way too salty. When we told the server/owner, he quicky dismissed it as "oh it's the salt from the mussels that is salty, not us". I don't care why the food is salty as much as the fact that the food was too salty! Anyways, disappointed with the overall experience..

A good place to eat something during the hours that are the natural meal time for most tourists. The restaurant is open all day long, it does not close for siesta like most - this is definitely a big plus. The views from the terrace from most tables are beautiful, the service is nice. They serve bread and butter while you wait for your food. We ordered a salmon salad and octopus ragu. The salad was good, although small, but the ragu was underseasoned and the octopus was unnoticeable. The sauce tasted like a popular canned food in Poland (paprykarz Szczeciński :D). The drinks were uneven - one of the ordered Hugos was quite good, the next one had little taste. Due to some mix-ups in the kitchen, we had to wait a really long time for our food, but we were given a second round of drinks for free, which was a very nice gesture.
